The cloud, mobile apps and virtual reality technology are allowing them to reach customers, students and citizens in new and more convenient ways. That was true before 2020, but the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital tools to connect with people more easily. As part of the recent CIO Tomorrow event, Columbus Business First talked with leaders at Nationwide A CO N V ERSA T IO N W IT H Insurance, Ohio State University and the governor’s office to learn about their digital transformation journeys.
