best practices for implants Using the Right Ingredients Remember, when dealing with herbs, each herb may produce several health benefits for the body as a whole. Some herbs such as licorice root and slippery elm should be fairly diluted, so it’s recommended to start with small amounts when beginning. Check with your practitioner about introducing newer substances, such as CBD oils and other products. Temperature (yes, it does matter!) Combine warm water with the herbs to aid in relaxation if your bowels are irritated. Otherwise, it is advised to keep the water at a neutral temperature. Cooler water can be helpful for those whose bowels are flaccid. When using dried licorice root with your implant solution, mix with warm water and shake the bottle to release saponins. This also helps reduce the surface tension of gas bubbles. Benefits of Mineral Additives Adding ingredients like coconut charcoal will bind gas from methanogens (archea), undigested food and ammonia from undigested protein. Infusing water with cleansing ingredients like coconut water kefir, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice can be helpful with flushing out toxins. Special enema coffee (such as organic or SA Wilsons) and Dandelion Root tea can also be used in enemas to help cleanse the liver and gallbladder. Minerals additives, such as Quinton Minerals and electrolytes like Seeking Health, Apex Energetics and others as can be added to the Implant. If the goal is to tone and tighten the bowel membranes to help with movement, consider using more astringent herbs. LEARN MORE AT WWW.BODYECOLOGY.COM
