The Hutt's Sweetest
Hot Chocolates

The Challenge started in July 2015 to encourage people
to venture out, brave the cold for a selection of unique
hot chocolates created by hospitality businesses located
in Central Hutt.
This year’s challenge will again amaze and delight.
Hot chocolate creations have been made with lots
of premium local ingredients like SHOTT Beverages,
Whittakers, Fix & Fogg, Gusto Cioccolato and Freshfields
apples. Free range eggs, milk, butter all good NZ
ingredients for the brownies, nougats, donuts that
accompany some of the hot chocolate offerings.
We made many changes this year due to our new normal.
A website has been created to showcase the decadent
Sweet As Hot Chocolates on offer, the hot chocolate
inspired events and online voting. The booklet will be
available to download if you want a copy to carry with
you from hot chocolate location to the next. We are
introducing the Sweet As Challenge QR code. Unique
QR codes are located in each Challenger location for
ease of voting once you have enjoyed your Sweet As hot
chocolate. It is an easy 3 step process, you can choose
between Yeah/Nah, Sweet or Sweet As to judge the
flavour, presentation and creativity of the hot chocolate.
You can also leave comments about your experience.
So gather your friends, family, whānau and work
colleagues and brave the cold for some ‘Sweet As Hutt’s
Hot Chocolates™’. Have fun, share your photos with us,
tag #sweetaschallenge and don’t forget to VOTE!
