UPDATES & REMINDERS
We have expanded our hours of operation at our Halifax and Shearwater sites, H&R
MFRC. Please not that these hours are site specific.
Shearwater site: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Halifax site: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm
Sydney site (unchanged): Monday to Wednesday, 9am - 2pm; Thursday, 6 -9pm
We are available 24/7 for urgent matters by calling: 902-427-7788.

Following the current pubilc health guidelines, we are delivering our programs virtually,
via Webex and Zoom. Most programs require pre-registration to attend so check out
our calendar and click on the program you’re interested in to find out registration
information.

DEPLOYMENT LIVE CHAT (VIRTUAL)
Social distancing doesn’t mean we can’t be
