immigration songs from the golden age of
transatlantic sailing ships, including the sea
shanties that recently found fame on the
TikTok media platform but, actually, have
been kept alive for decades at Mystic
Seaport here in Connecticut and South
Street Seaport in Manhattan. They will sing
plenty of chanteys, love songs and laments!

VIRTUAL PILATES WITH MARY THERESE
Join Mary Therese Royal, a nationally certified
Pilates instructor, for a virtual workout session.
This is a gentle workout to learn about proper
muscle activation and spinal alignment in order
to build strength and flexibility. You will need a
chair and a hand towel or a dynaband for this
class. Wear comfortable clothing. No prior
experience is needed to attend this class.
