6 Foreword Welcome to the official schedule for the Harbro Scottish Home Pony 2019, now in its third year. This year we have a really exciting programme with some of the best pony riders from across Great Britain and Ireland coming to the Scottish National Equestrian Centre for four days of top-class pony showjumping that aims to provide something for everyone, so all can enjoy the show. Once again, we will be hosting a full set of Horse of the Year Show qualifiers alongside the Pony Club Mini Major qualifier for the London International Horse Show, Olympia. The main event of the week will, of course, be the exciting team competitions between Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales. Following on from the successful introduction of the 148cm Debut team competition last year, we will once again be offering this team championship alongisde the 128cm, 138cm, 148cm and 10 Years & Under team championships, increasing the opportunity for pony riders to win medals for their home nation. Good luck to everyone competing at the Harbro Scottish Home Pony in 2019 and on behalf of everyone at the Scottish National Equestrian Centre and SRUC, I look forward to welcoming you in July and hope you enjoy being part of our show. Best Wishes, Craig Blackie Show Director
