CEO INTRODUCTION The Tasmanian Hospitality Association is extremely excited that for the first time we will feature at Agfest in 2022. The opportunity to showcase a selection of premium produce our industry offers, in a hospitality focussed area, at one of Tasmania’s most renowned events will be hugely beneficial. As the proactive body of the state’s third biggest industry, the THA advocates for hotels, pubs, accommodation, restaurants, cafes, caterers, community, sporting and RSL clubs across Tasmania. We are planning a range of on-site activations which we hope will make the Best of Tasmanian Hospitality pavilion the biggest and best Agfest has ever seen. The impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic to our industry have been significant and for much of the last 18 months our businesses have relied on local support to survive. I couldn’t think of a better way to promote everything the industry has to offer than by bringing it to the huge crowds which enjoy the event every year. - Steve Old Tasmanian Hospitality © 2021 TASMANIAN Association HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATION.
