EASTER IN THE VALLEY Not everyone is aware that donated items from the community are diverted into several channels. The higher quality items appear on the racks and shelves for sale to the public at bargain prices, whilst the rest is sent onto other charities or businesses. In 2018 over a tonne of clean cotton items were sold to Jacks Rags, and this year we will beat that mark. This is a great recycling service for items that are not saleable. We collect and distribute to disaster relief, animal refuge, family services, the homeless; and to local people who request help for worthy causes - a win, win situation!
