1. The Vision of the Statue
• Daniel accurately
predicts the future
kingdoms of the
world in Daniel 2 & 7.
• The 5th and final
Kingdom represents
the revived Roman
Empire to be led by
the Antichrist
Daniel explained to King Nebuchadnezzar that the statue in his dream represents a series of
kingdoms, each less glorious than the one before, as indicated by the decreasing value of the metals.
Daniel identifies Nebuchadnezzar as the head of gold. The first four kingdoms have come true exactly
as Daniel predicted. Most people think the 5th kingdom of toes mixed with clay and iron will be a
Revived Roman Empire. The 5th kingdom will be destroyed by a “stone” representing Jesus Christ.3

Daniel 8:9-12
9 And out of one of them came a little horn which grew
exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and
toward the Glorious Land. 10 And it grew up to the host of
heaven; and it cast down some of the host and some of the
stars to the ground, and trampled them.
11 He even exalted himself as high as the Prince of the
host; and by him the daily sacrifices were taken away, and
the place of His sanctuary was cast down.
12 Because of transgression, an army was given over to the
horn to oppose the daily sacrifices; and he cast truth down
to the ground. He did all this and prospered.

Daniel 7:19
“Then I wanted to know the meaning of the fourth beast,
which was different from all the others and most
terrifying, with its iron teeth and bronze claws—the
beast that crushed and devoured its victims and

above them all.

which he shall acknowledge, and advance its glory...”

Matthew 24:15-21 – at exactly the 3.5 Year Mark (Dan. 9:27)
15 “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken
of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever
reads, let him understand), 16 “then let those who are in Judea flee to
the mountains. 17 Let him who is on the housetop not go down to
take anything out of his house. 18 And let him who is in the field not
go back to get his clothes. 19 But woe to those who are pregnant and
to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20 And pray that your
flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will
be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of
the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
A New Third Temple must be built for this prophesy to take place. There has
not been a temple in 2,000 years, but plans are underway to rebuild it now. See

Daniel 9:26-27 70 AD
• 26 “And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah Destruction

Revelation 13:13, 14
13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come
down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.
14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those
signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast,
Mark 13:21-23
21 “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or,
‘Look, He is there!’ do not believe it.
22 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show signs
and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
23 But take heed; see, I have told you all things beforehand.

7. Mass Persecution of Christians
Daniel 7:21-22; 25 21 “I was watching; and the same horn was
making war against the saints, and prevailing against them..
…25He shall speak pompous words against the Most High,
Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, …Then the saints shall
be given into his hand For 3.5 years.

24 …He shall destroy the mighty, and also the holy people.

6I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with
the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled

8. Characterized by
Hatred of God & Blasphemy
Daniel 7:25
25 He shall speak pompous words against the Most High,
Revelation 13:5-6
5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and
blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-
two months (3.5 years).
6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to
blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in
heaven.
• The word blasphemy is mentioned fourteen times in the Bible. It is used only twice in the Old
Blasphemy

Testament and twelve times in the New, mainly in Matthew and Revelation.
• In Revelation, the word is used in reference to the Beast that will take control of the entire
world and force the worship of Satan onto all people.

10. He is the Man of Sin & Son of Perdition
(who will be revealed after the “Falling Away”)
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will
not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man
of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
• The word perdition means “eternal damnation” or “utter destruction.”
• The title “son of perdition” is used twice in the New Testament, first in John
17:12, referring to Judas Iscariot, and in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, referring to the

• The Falling Away refers to an abandonment of the truth and false teaching
(Apostacy).
• Jesus said in Matthew 24:10-12 “10 And then many will fall away

prophets will arise and lead many astray. 12 And because lawlessness
will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.

11. DECEPTION - He will completely deceive those

• 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed…with all
unrighteous deception among those who perish,
because they did not receive the love of the truth,

will send them strong delusion, that they should

14. He will Make a Statue of Himself Come to Life
Revelation 13:4, 8
14 telling those who dwell on the earth to make an
image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and
lived. 15 He was granted power to give breath to the
image of the beast, that the image of the beast should
both speak and cause as many as would not worship the
image of the beast to be killed.

15. He will Make Everyone Take His Mark
Revelation 13:16- 18 – THE MARK OF THE BEAST
• 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor,
free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or
on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell
except one who has the mark or the name of the
beast, or the number of his name.

calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number

CALENDAR & LAWS
Daniel 7:25 “…And shall intend to change times and law…
• Some understand “Times” and “Laws,” to mean the Hebrew Sabbaths and
Festivals, and the Law is the Levitical laws which regulated them.
• To change times and law can be connected to many things, but probably
includes revising history and discrediting the Bible and Jesus to change
people’s world view. This is directed at Family Values and Education of
children.
• Calendar – calendar reform of 13, 28 day months proposed already reflect
occult times, and erase historical memorial days.
• CURRENT NEWS - Sunday Laws to enforce a new global day of worship &
rest under the cause to save the Environment (not to worship Jesus) are
being enacted by many countries and being promoted by the Vatican. Rev.
13:8 indicates that worship of the Antichrist will be required and become
a matter of salvation during the Great Tribulation.

16. He will try to change the
MORAL LAWS
• “The Man of Lawlessness” (2 Thess.2:3-4) – God gave
humanity Moral Laws in the Bible and gave us
government to control wrong behaviour by executing
legal justice to limit evil. Antichrist will reverse what Jesus
taught, integrate religions, change the moral laws and
have no regard for justice.
• Laws – recently many moral laws based on the Bible have
been changed to reflect the opposite of God’s Law, and
make God’s Laws illegal.
• i.e. Conversion Therapy Laws not only opposes what the
Bible teaches (Gen. 1:27; John 1:12; Lev. 18:22, 20:13;
Deut.22:5; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:18-32; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10;
Gen. 18-19 – Sodom & Gomorrah), but, goes further to make
sharing the Bible teachings in this area illegal and

17. Battle of Armageddon
Revelation 16:16
16 And they gathered them together to the place called in
Hebrew, Armageddon (translated Meggido)
• Meggido is sixty miles north of Jerusalem. More than two hundred
battles have been fought in that region.
Revelation 19:19-20
19 And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies,
gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the
horse and against His army.
20 Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet
who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those
who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped
his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of
fire burning with brimstone.
The culmination of history and the end of the age will occur here
when Jesus Returns to defeat the Antichrist and his armies. 28You can also read
