1. General rules 1.1 CONTRACT 1.1.1: Contract Instructions 1.1.1A: This contract is expected to be followed fully by both staff members, teams and players once signed by each member. 1.1.1B: This contract expires on December 31st, 2022, at 23:59 CET. However, it may be previously terminated if either and/or both sides want to terminate it, at any time, with a 7- day previous announcement. 1.1.1C: Every participant must either be above 18 years of age, or above 13 years of age with parental consent or consent of a legal guardian and agree with this by confirming it on the Google Form. 1.1.1D: Even in teams, every team member must individually agree and sign this contract or have consent from a legal guardian. 1.2.: general conduct 1.2.1 Inclusivity 1.2.1A: No unironic racism, sexism, bigotry, or any form of discrimination is allowed in the Discord chat, stream chat, or anywhere else related to BAEsports. This may include, but is not limited to, personal DMs (private messages) between 2 or more competitors of BAEsports. BAEsports and its affiliates promote the inclusivity of anyone, regardless of their sex, gender, race, sexual orientation, ableism, or any other form that may be discriminated towards. 1.2.1B: The only excuse that may be used is if both parties afflicted, and the party that may be affected of it, can all recognise that it is a joke, and is able to understand and acknowledge that there is no serious harm done. However, BAEsports does promote to limit or reduce these dark humour as much as possible. BAEsports and its affiliates do not necessarily condone or agree with the messages, point of views or expressions of its members, users and community. 1.2.1C: BAEsports do have a certain restriction of language, meaning that there are no verbal abuse, or any certain words that can directly affect and inflict any groups or individual in any way. 1.2.1D: BAEsports admins hold the rights to determine the limit, and the warning and/or penalty that may or may not be handed out. BAEsports and its affiliates reserve the right to delete messages and/or temporarily and/or permanently suspend anyone who uses any discriminatory language. 1.2.1E: By reporting a user for any breach of conduct, you hereby acknowledge and certify that this has been done in good faith and truthfully to a representative of BAEsports. Falsifying stories, maliciously manipulating, and/or falsifying and/or destroying evidence 5
both in role of the “plaintiff” or “defendant,” is cause to an immediate permanent ban from any future BAEsports activity in the future. 1.2.2 Media & Links 1.2.2A: No porn, gore, etc. is allowed in any chat, forum, etc. in BAEsports, and may result in a penalty, including, but not limited to, a permanent ban from any relation with BAEsports. 1.2.2B: Sharing any illegal material and/or links will not only result in a permanent ban in any sort of participation with BAEsports and the community but will also be reported to the local police and any other police forms that may be needed. BAEsports will help and give all the information that may have been given to BAEsports and its affiliates to the police and help any law enforcement, legal procedure and/or investigation that may or may not be necessary. 1.2.3 On-Stream Conduct 1.2.3A: Swearing and adult language is permitted, but not recommended, hence, we ask everyone to keep swearing and adult language to a minimum, during interviews. However, during what we consider “team radio,” which is obligated, and is the team talking on a 1.2.3B: All the rules of 1.2.1 are in place on stream and must be respected at all times throughout the stream. 1.2.3C: The participant agrees to have the Zoom recorded and have the conduct recorded and being able to be streamed at any point. 1.3. Registration 1.3.1 Discord Registration 1.3.1A: Every member needs to be registered and have an active account on Discord. No participant is allowed to participate in BAEsports unless a Discord account of the owner and player is in any of the BAEsports Discord servers, or any affiliated Discord, unless previously discussed otherwise. 1.3.1B: Every member needs to sign up on Discord, and choose the game(s) they want to participate in, by selecting the roles in the Discord text channel “#roles-and- polls” where every participant gets to choose what they want to participate in. 1.3.2 Google Form 1.3.2A: Every member needs to sign up on the Google Form of their choice of registration. This needs to be filled in as much as possible, as well as as correctly and honestly as possible. All the information of all forms is in here. By registering, you verify that all the information is correct and truthful, and that any mistakes, errors, invalid entries, changes or any other reason why this may not be honest or truthful needs to be immediately reported to a BAEsports representative. 6
1.3.2B: Every team owner / captain needs to also fill in the team form in the same forms under the “Team Application” section as much as possible, and as honestly as possible. This is ONLY for teams that are pre-existing to BAEsports and want to join BAEsports as a collective. By registering, you verify that all the information is correct and truthful, and that any mistakes, errors, invalid entries, changes or any other reason why this may not be honest or truthful needs to be immediately reported to a BAEsports representative. 1.3.2C: All prospective employees and co-workers need to sign up on the Google Form of their choice of registration. Co-workers may not play in the same game as they work for, as we do not want to showcase any form that may imply that we have a rigged or favorited tournament. In some cases, co-workers may not be both a player and a co-worker at all, in any circumstance. By registering, you verify that all the information is correct and truthful, and that any mistakes, errors, invalid entries, changes or any other reason why this may not be honest or truthful needs to be immediately reported to a BAEsports representative. 1.3.2D: By doing this, BAEsports holds the right to use your given data such as your nationality, name, username, and picture for marketing purposes and broadcasting purposes, even after the 2022-2023 BAEsports contract ends, including, but not limited to: TikTok videos, YouTube highlights, social media posts, Twitch livestreams, or any other posts. You reserve the right to request us to stop using your data for these purposes at any time. Your data will not be sold anywhere from BAEsports or its affiliates. 1.3.2E: BAEsports also reserves the rights as 1.3.2C from teams, for the same marketing and broadcasting purposes as written in 1.3.2D. 1.3.2F: Participants and team owners reserve the right to request BAEsports to stop using their likeness in any broadcasting and/or marketing strategy at any time. 1.3.2G: Once signing up both as an individual BAEsports owns a commercial license on the participant(s)’s and team(s)’s likeness, such as logos, products, name(s), slogan(s), participant pictures, participant names, participant usernames, and more, meaning that BAEsports may sell anything related to the team, unless previously discussed. 1.3.3 Challengermode Registration 1.3.3A: Participants need to sign up on Challengermode, and join the BAEsports Challengermode server, both the main server and the server of their game, unless otherwise discussed with a BAEsports admin. 1.3.3B: When possible, participants and teams need to sign up to the event on Challengermode before they get to participate for the tournament(s) or event(s). 1.3.3C: Challengermode is currently limited to the following games: - Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Rocket League - FIFA (PC) - League of Legends 7
- Dota 2 - PlayerUnknown BattleGround (PC & Mobile) - Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege (PC) - Overwatch - eFootball - Fortnite - Valorant - Call of Duty: Warzone - NBA 2K While there is a Challengermode for all of our games, if the game is not in Challengermode that the participant and/or team has signed up for, it is only required to join the Discord servers. 1.3.4 Changes in Participation 1.3.4A: If a participant and/or team no longer wants to participate in any BAEsports event , they need to let the event organisers know at least 24 hours in advance of the next event in question. Failing to do so may result in a penalty which may result not being allowed to attend future events. 1.3.4B: If a participant and/or team has to cancel an the participation of a single- event, they must let the event organisers know at least 24 hours in advance, failing to do so will result in a disqualification and a loss of that event, meaning the opponents will win this single game. Failing to do so may also result in a penalty which may result not being allowed to attend future events. 1.3.4C: In the event of an emergency, where 24 hours advance notice could not have been realistically applied, the participant and/or team will not be penalised, meaning rules 1.3.4A and 1.3.4B will not be applied. However, it is fully up to the event organisers, BAEsports and its affiliates to determine what is deemed an emergency and what isn’t. Some guidelines as to what could be considered an emergency (but are not subject to immediate application of the 1.3.4C code of conduct): • Family emergencies / Domestic emergencies • Personal emergencies • Mental / physical health issues • Military call-up / draft (These are examples only, there are many others that may apply for an application for the 1.3.4C code of conduct) 1.3.4D: In the case that the participant no longer wants to participate in a videogame that they have signed up forthey must change their roles in “#roles-and-polls”, and inform a BAEsports representative to change their Google Forms data. 1.4. 1.4.1: Penalties 1.4.1A: BAEsports and its affiliates fully hold the rights to give out any penalties to any member and/or team for any of these here fore or hereafter mentioned penalties and rules, as well as give out the severity of each penalty. 1.4.1B: Every team and/or member has the right to object an incident once, which means the BAEsports staff will look into it again. This does not mean that the incident will be overruled but may or may not happen. If it is overruled, we will reinstate the state of the participant and/or team as before the penalty, and any disqualification will be overruled. 1.4.1C: Only one objection per incident is allowed, meaning that if 1 individual of the team creates an objection for the team, it will mean that this will count as the team’s objection, meaning that no other team member is allowed to use the same objection anymore for the same incident. If there is an incident with 2 or more teams, every team gets to have 1 objection each per incident. 1.4.1D: All teams / individuals have a maximum of 24 hours to report any not-previously mentioned incident after the stream has ended and have a maximum of 24 hours to request an objection to any incident, after the original penalty has been given or modified after the first objection. 1.5 PAYMENT 1.5.1: Payment Rules 1.5.1A: Prize pool money is relative and depending on each separate tournament and will be a fixed money from start to finish. The money can be subject to change until 24 hours before the event starts and will be given at a maximum of seven (7) days after the tournament final has finished, allowing the organizer administration team to investigate all the penalties, investigations and/or objections after the 1.5.1B: Prize pool money will be sent to the players’ or teams’ payment of preference. 1.5.1C: Prize pool money does NOT include tax. Tax will automatically be deducted from the prize pool money. 1.5.1D: BAEsports reserves the right give money to the winning participant(s) and/or team(s), under certain circumstances (read “1.5.3”). 1.5.1E: If the prize pool money is shown for a team, the prize pool money is shown for the team, not for every member, meaning that the prize pool money needs to be divided equally by every team member, or as close as possible to equally. 1.5.1F: If the prize pool money is for a team, the team holds the right to say how they want to receive the share of each participants’ prize pool money, as long as it is shared equally. This means that BAEsports can either send this to every participant singularly or 9
to the account of the team, in which case it is fully to the team on how they will send it over to their team members. 1.5.2: Payment Methods 1.5.2A: PayPal – BAEsports will need, from the participant and/or team, a “Paypal.me” link or an email address given by the participant and/or team that links completely 1.5.2B: Bank Transfer – 1.5.2C: Revolut – 1.5.2D: Gift Cards – Gift cards may be selected. Please note that gift cards may be limited to supply and need to be used carefully. The participant must choose which gift cards they want and what nationality the account in question of said card is issued with. Multiple gift cards may be selected, as long as it does not exceed the budget of the prize pool, meaning that i.e., a total of €100 Prize Pool may be divided between a €50 iTunes gift card and a €50 PlayStation Store gift card. 1.5.2E: Participants must emphasize their preferred payment method. 1.5.2F: Mixing between payment methods (i.e., half through PayPal and half through Revolut) is not allowed. The only way, in which this would be allowed is if there are technical difficulties and/or failure with 1 or multiple platform(s) or method(s) of payment. 1.5.3: Penalties & Restrictions 1.5.3A: If the winning team has a penalty and/or investigation ahead, the money will not be sent until the winning team(s) and/or participant(s) has been cleared of any wrongdoing. 1.5.3B: If there is a report of a team not giving the money to their team members, BAEsports reserves the right to disqualify the team to any future events. 1.5.3C: In the event that the winning team or individual has been caught cheating, BAEsports reserves the right to disqualify said team or individual withhold the prize pool, and send it to the following places. • I. The “runner-up(s)” of the events. • II. A charity of the “runner-up(s)” choice. This will be decided completely by BAEsports and the “runner-up(s)” of the event. 1.5.3D: If the money has already been sent to the disqualified team, the team has the obligation to send the money to the “runner-up(s)” or to the charity of disqualified teams’ choice and need to show proof of transaction. Failing to do so will indefinitely disqualify the team for any future participation of any BAEsports event in the future and may even result in legal consequences. 10
2. counter-strike: global offensive 2.1 “COUNTER-STRIKE: GLOBAL OFFENSIVE” GENERAL RULES 2.1.1 General Game Rules 2.1.1A: 2 teams of 5 people each are competing in this First-person shooter (FPS), in separate teams called “terrorists” versus the “counter-terrorists.” The “terrorists” need to plant 1 bomb in 1 of 2 zones (“Zone A” or “Zone B”), whereas it is the main duty of the “counter-terrorists” to stop the bomb from being detonated. 2.1.1B: The game will either end in the favour of the: • I. “Terrorists” if: - The bomb has been planted in either Zone A or Zone B, having a timer of 35 seconds, in which the bomb will finally explode. - There are no more “counter-terrorists” to defend from. • II. “Counter-Terrorists” if - There are no more “terrorists” to attack. - The bomb has not been detonated but rather compromised before the 35 second timer has ended. - The timer has run out. 2.2 “COUNTER-STRIKE: GLOBAL OFFENSIVE” ESPORTS RULES 2.2.1 General Esports Rules 2.2.1A: Every matchup will have 30 games, and therefore will be set in a “best of 30” scenario. 7. league of legends 8. dota 2 9. formula 1 9.1 “FORMULA 1” General Rules 9.1.1 “Formula 1” Game Rules 9.1.1A: With the “FORMULA 1” game, we are referring to the “FORMULA 1” franchise from Codemasters / Electronic Arts. Every year, the game will be renewed to the newest game, unless otherwise stated. Championships will have to be finished before the newest game will be released. If this is not the case, the championship will end at the last Grand Prix whose date is before the release date of the next game. 9.1.1B: The game will have a maximum of 20 players per lobby who can compete at once. 2 drivers per team, plus 2 spectators. (However, every team may have 1 reserve driver, see rule 9.2.1E) 9.1.1C: The game will have Safety cars and VSCs (Virtual Safety Cars) enabled. The time that they will arrive are not up to BAEsports but are randomized by the game. 9.2 “FORMULA 1” Esports Rules 9.2.1 “Formula 1” General Esports Rules 9.2.1A: BAEsports FORMULA 1 will have 4 separate game modes & championships: • I: “FORMULA 1” • II: “FORMULA 2” • III: “FORMULA 1: Custom Vehicles” • IV: “FORMULA 1: Classic Cars (Both C1 & C2, Mixed cars)” All of these champions are ranged from highest to lowest, and it does have a league, where competitors will move up and down. Therefore, from I to IV will be seen as “FORMULA 1” to “FORMULA 4,” with “FORMULA 1” being the highest rank, and the “FORMULA 1 Class Cars – C2” being the lowest. 9.2.1B: BAEsports will only have teams in both “FORMULA 1”, “FORMULA 2” & “FORMULA 1: Custom Vehicles”. In “FORMULA 1: Classic Cars,” each opponent will compete separately. 9.2.1C: BAEsports will use the original points created by the FIA (Federation International de l’Automobile) for both FORMULA 1 & FORMULA 2. In the case of the Custom Vehicles & Classic Cars, BAEsports will use a custom point system. • I: “FORMULA 1” 1st: 25 points 2nd: 18 points 12

The only exception to this rule is if there is an official Esports team that does not wish to be demoted to the lower card if they are. In this case, the Esports team must forfeit the next season, and will be replaced with the 2 top drivers from the lower tier, who may or may not have any affiliation to the Esports team. 9.2.1E: A maximum of 3 players per team are allowed in the team, 2 main drivers, 1 reserve. In this case, it must be understood for both the team and for the event organizers who are the 2 main drivers and who is the reserve driver. 9.2.1F: There are 2 different championships: the “World Driver Championship” and the “World Constructor’s Championship.” The prize pool amount will be the same for both championships, meaning that the “World Constructor’s Championship” will be halved (or divided by 3), in comparison to the “World Driver’s Championship.” 14
9.2.1G: The calendar of the season will be shown at least a week before the start of the season, however, both the date and location are subject throughout the season. 9.2.2 “Formula 1” General Esports Settings Rules 9.2.2A: FORMULA 1 i. 9.3 “FORMULA 1” Registration Rules 9.3.1A: All participants & teams will have to sign up in the Google Form of FORMULA 1 and Discord, as described in 1.3. 9.3.1B: All participants will have to show a video of them setting a hot lap in 3 different tracks. The top 30 participants will be moved to FORMULA 1, the 30 under that will move to FORMULA 2, and so on. This must be either uploaded as a video or as a link in the assigned Google Form. The only contestants who have priority are those from the official Esports team of a real team in “FORMULA 1” or “FORMULA 2”.
