3. ARRIVAL 4. TRANSPORTATION
Arrival by Plane Transport to the Airport / the Railway Station
The official airport is Minsk National Airport (MSQ). Upon arrival at the airport Transportation will be arranged in accordance with the schedule confirmed

5. ACCOMMODATION & HOTEL INFORMATION
Additional Expenses

6. ACCREDITATION 7. TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The Technical Meeting will be held on February 24 at 18:30 in the athletic arena

Competition Bibs
Each participant will receive 3 Bibs. One should be attached to the front and the
second one to the back (except of jumping events). The competition bib should not
be cut or folded.
Competition Clothing
It is desirable that athletes were dressed in a team uniform.
8. COMPETITION REGULATIONS Participations
The team can be represented by only one athlete in each event of the competition,

The following events of competitions are held in two rounds: 60m, 60mH, 400m
(heats and final). Other track events are held in one round - final.

Leaving the competition area during competitions

10. MEDICAL SERVICE & DOPING CONTROL 11. INFORMATION
Medical services will be available to all participants in the competition area. The Announcer
Medical station will be located opposite a Long Jump zone. Information will be provided in Russian and in English.

Start Lists
Medical Insurance Start lists will be available to the Team Leaders after the Technical Meeting.
All teams participating in the competitions are responsible for purchasing
insurance covering disease or injury if necessary. List of Results
The results will be displayed on the Information Board. Competition results
Doping Control will be provided to the Team Leaders at the Final Banquet with diplomas of the
