A. ENGLISH: TSARINE CITY TOUR

ARTICLE 1 - SET UP OF THE GAME
         SNC Lanson International Diffusion (LID), hereinafter referred as the "organizing company",
with a capital of € 4,500.00, registered in the “registre du commerce et des sociétés” under the number:
398 656 587, headquarters located at 66 rue de Courlancy, 51100 Reims FRANCE, will set up from
December 18th, 2018 to January 7th, 2019, a free game (without any obligation of purchase) named
"Tsarine City Tour" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), according to the terms described in this
document. This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook, Google, Apple or
Microsoft.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE
         The right to participate in this game (without any obligation to purchase) is open to any physical
person of legal age to buy and consume alcohol. In case there is no legislation regarding the legal age
in his/her country, the person must be at least 21 years old. The game is open to anyone domiciled in
mainland United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark,
Greece, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech
Republic, Switzerland, Romania, Ireland and France (Under conditions, see below) (with the exception
of employees and representatives of the organizing company, its partners, and its subcontractors, as
well as their councils and their family members) who has an Internet connection and a valid Instagram
account. Participation is limited to three times per person (meaning same name and same address).
Participation is strictly personal and the player cannot play on behalf of other participants. A piece of
identity or proof of residency may be requested at any time of the game. Any incomplete, illegible,
sent after the deadline or in any form other than the one requested will be considered non-valid.

ARTICLE 3 - PARTICIPATION TERMS
         This game must be played exclusively on the platform Instagram.com. The participation to the
game must follow this process:
    1. Follow @Champagne_Tsarine
    2. Post a comment under the contest post and vote for his/her favorite Tsarine City Tour Gift Pack
    3. Tag 2 friends in the comment section.
Players can post only one comment per post according to the process described above.
The organizer may refuse a comment:
         - that is vulgar;
         - that is defamatory;
         - that is in contradiction with the laws;
         - that is against morals and / or public order;
         - that is appealing to racial hatred;
         - that is violating in any way the rights of a third party and in particular the rights of a personality
(name, image etc.);
Participation is exclusively limited to Instagram platform. No participation through mail or through any
other support will be taken into account.
The game is based on the Instagram platform, and in any case, Instagram will not be held responsible
in case of litigation related to the Game. Instagram is neither the organizer nor a sponsor of the
operation.

ARTICLE 4 - WINNER SELECTION
        A draw will be used to designate the 4 winners (one winner per Gift Box) on January 7th, 2019.
The winners will be contacted via their Instagram inbox within 10 days after the end of the game, the
nature of the prize and the terms and conditions to benefit from it will be confirmed. A winner who

does not answer within 10 days after receiving notice will be obliged to renounce the prize and the
prize will be awarded to a new winner.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
Here are the different prizes for this game:
    If the winner comes from United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
        Austria, Denmark, Greece, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland,
        Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Romania, Ireland:

    -   Prize 1: Tsarine City Tour Paris – Premium Brut (red) (value: 23€)
    -   Prize 2: Tsarine City Tour Rome – Demi Sec (green) (value: 23€)
    -   Prize 3: Tsarine City Tour New York – Rosé (pink) (value: 27€)
    -   Prize 4: Tsarine City Tour Londres – Millésime 2013 (blue) (value: 27€)

     If the winner comes from France:
    - Prizes 1 to 4: 6 glasses Tsarine (value: 6,60€)

ARTICLE 6 - WINNER IDENTIFICATION AND INVALID PARTICIPATIONS
          The participants must comply with a potential identity check. If they don’t comply with these
rules, try to fraud or attempt cheating, they will be immediately eliminated.

ARTICLE 7 - DEPOSIT OF THE RULES
         The rules are deposited via www.reglement.net, to SELARL 812 - HUISSIERS, huissiers de justice
associés, 88 boulevard de la Reine - 78000 – Versailles, FRANCE. The rules may be modified at any time
in the form of a covenant, in compliance with the conditions stated, and published on the site. The
covenant is registered to SELARL 812 - HUISSIERS, huissiers de justice associés, depositary of the rules
before their publication. They will be effective as soon as they are online and any participant will be
obliged to have accepted it by the mere fact of their participation in the Game, from the day when the
amendment becomes effective. Any participant refusing the covenant(s) must stop participating in the
Game. The rules are sent for free to any person who wrote a request through mail, before the closing
date of the game to the following address: SNC Lanson International Diffusion (LID), 66 rue de
Courlancy, 51100 Reims. The complete rules can also be consulted online on the game's website. The
postal charges necessary to obtain the payment will be reimbursed on request based on the current
"letter" rate.

ARTICLE 8 - GAME FEES REIMBURSEMENT
         If exceptional events happen, any participant can obtain, upon request, the refund of the costs
of the estimated playing time from a fixed-line telephone, France Télécom standard, on the basis of a
connection of 3 minutes at the reduced rate, or 0.15 euro. The request for refund must be sent through
mail to the address mentioned in Article 6, bank details attached, and with a detailed invoice in the
name of the participant, indicating the date and time of the connection, no later than 30 days after the
closing date of the game, as evidenced by the postmark. The costs incurred by the participant for the
stamp required for this application will be reimbursed upon basic written request on the basis of the
slow rate "letter" in force. There will be only one refund request per participant registered in the game
(same name, same address). Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Please note that, in the current state of service offerings and technology, as some internet providers
offer free or flat-rate internet access, it is expressly agreed that all access to the site that are on a free
basis or lump sum (such as with a particular cable connection like ADSL) won’t be refunded, to the
extent that the service subscription is in this case contracted by the user for his use of the Internet in
general and the fact that participating in the game does not cause any additional fees.

ARTICLE 9 - CONNECTION AND USE
        The participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the Internet limits, the lack of
protection for certain data against potential hacking and risks of contamination by potential malwares
based on the network.
        The organizing company declines any responsibility in case of misuse or incident related to the
use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the game servers, the
telephone line or any other technical connection or sending the Game Forms to an incorrect or
incomplete address.

ARTICLE 10 - DISPUTE AND CLAIM
          The "organizer" won’t be responsible for cases of force majeure or for cases beyond control.
          The “organizer" cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or theft of postal services; It
cannot be held responsible either and no appeal can be brought in case of “force majeure” events
(strike, bad weather) that would prevent people from participating (totally or partially) in the contest
and / or that would prevent the winners from receiving their awards.
          "The organizer" may make a decision, without consulting other parts, regarding any
understanding (of the rules) difficulty that may arise. No claim will be admitted (about the rules, the
results, the gains or the prizes) after one month after the end of the game.
          Hence, any complaint must be sent within one month after the end date of the contest to the
"organizer". After this date, no claim will be accepted.
          This game is hosted by the Instagram app. Each Participant must respect the Conditions of
Use. Participants also acknowledge that they are informed of the terms of use and the privacy policy of
the Instagram application (that can be viewed directly on their site). The head office of Instagram is
located at 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025. The organizing company won’t be responsible for
the content and the use of the Instagram application. Likewise, participants release the Instagram
application from any responsibility for the organization of this game and declare to be aware that
Instagram, is neither the manager nor the sponsor. As such, a written document may be requested at
any time of the game. The personal data collected during the Game are owned by the organizing
company.

ARTICLE 11 - EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
       Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information coming from the game of
the organizing company can be used as pieces of evidence for any dispute, as to the connection
elements and the computer processing of such information relating to the game.

ARTICLE 12 - ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
        Participants are subject to the French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any
dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts, designated
according to the “Code de Procédure Civil”.

ARTICLE 13 - COMPUTERS AND FREEDOMS
        The personal data collected in the context of this game will be processed in accordance with
the Loi Informatique et Libertés n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 and the European Regulation number
2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR). All participants in the game have the right to
access or modify personal data in accordance with the article 27 of this law. Any request for access,
modification or opposition must be addressed to the organizing company.

ARTICLE 15 - LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS
       In accordance with the laws regarding literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and
representation of all or part of the elements making up this game are strictly prohibited. The brands
mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

B. FRANÇAIS : TSARINE CITY TOUR

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION DU JEU
La SNC Lanson International Diffusion (LID), ci-après la « société organisatrice », au capital de 4 500,
00€, immatriculée au registre du commerce et des sociétés sous le numéro : 398 656 587 dont le siège
social est situé au 66 rue de Courlancy, 51100 Reims organise du 18 Décembre 2018 au 7 Janvier 2019,
un jeu gratuit sans obligation d’achat intitulé : « Tsarine City Tour » (ci-après dénommé « le Jeu »), selon
les modalités décrites dans le présent règlement. Cette opération n’est ni organisée, ni parrainée par
Facebook, Google, Apple ou Microsoft.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
La participation à ce jeu sans obligation d'achat est ouverte à toute personne physique majeure ayant
l’âge légal pour acheter et consommer de l’alcool. S’il n’existe pas de législation à cet égard dans son
pays, cette personne doit être âgée de 21 ans au moins. Le jeu est ouvert aux pays suivants à toute
personne domiciliée en France métropolitaine (sous conditions, cf. ci-dessous), Etats-Unis, Canada,
Allemagne, Belgique, Espagne, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas, Autriche, Danemark, Grèce, Portugal, Bulgarie,
Croatie, Estonie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Pologne, Roumanie, Slovaquie, Slovénie, République Tchèque,
Suisse, Irlande. (A l'exception des salariés et représentants de la société organisatrice, de ses
partenaires, et de ses sous-traitants, ainsi que de leurs conseils et des membres de leur famille)
disposant d'une connexion à Internet et d'un compte Instagram valide. La participation est limitée à
trois fois par personne (même nom, même adresse). La participation est strictement nominative et le
joueur ne peut en aucun cas jouer pour le compte d’autres participants. Un justificatif d'identité ou de
domicile pouvant lui être demandé à tout moment du jeu. Toute participation incomplète, illisible,
envoyée après la date limite ou sous une autre forme que celle prévue sera considéré comme nulle.

ARTICLE 3 – MODALITÉS DE PARTICIPATION
Ce jeu se déroule exclusivement sur la plate-forme Instagram.com aux dates indiquées dans l’article 1.
La participation au jeu s’effectue en :
     1. Suivant le compte @Champagne_Tsarine
     2. Commentant le post du jeu concours et en votant pour sa Gift Box préférée
     3. Identifiant 2 amis en commentaire
 L’organisateur se réserve le droit de refuser tout commentaire :
         - vulgaire ;
         - diffamatoire ;
         - en contradiction avec les lois en vigueur ;
         - contraire aux bonnes mœurs et/ou à l’ordre public ;
         - faisant appel à la haine raciale ;
         - violant de quelque manière que ce soit les droits d’un tiers et notamment les droits de la
personnalité (nom, image etc.) ;
La participation est exclusivement limitée au support Instagram. Aucune participation par courrier ou
par tout autre support ne sera prise en compte. Le jeu étant accessible sur la plate-forme Instagram,
en aucun cas Instagram ne sera tenu responsable en cas de litige lié au Jeu. Instagram n'est ni
organisateur ni parrain de l'opération.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION DES GAGNANTS
4 gagnants (1 gagnant par Tsarine City Tour) seront désignés par tirage au sort le 7 Janvier 2019. Les
gagnants seront contactés via leur messagerie Instagram dans les 10 jours suivant la fin du jeu, leur
confirmant la nature du lot gagné et les modalités pour en bénéficier. Tout gagnant ne donnant pas
de réponse dans un délai de 10 jours à compter de l’envoi d’avis de son gain devra renoncer à celui-ci
et le lot sera attribué à un nouveau gagnant.

ARTICLE 5 – DOTATIONS
Voici la liste des dotations remportées par les gagnants :

       Si le gagnant vient des pays suivants : Royaume-Unis, Allemagne, Belgique, Espagne,
        Luxembourg, Pays-Bas, Autriche, Danemark, Grèce, Portugal, Bulgarie, Croatie, Estonie,
        Lettonie, Lituanie, Pologne, Slovaquie, Slovénie, République Tchèque, Suisse, Roumanie,
        Irlande.
    -   Lot 1 : Tsarine City Tour Paris – Premium Brut (rouge) (valeur : 23€)
    -   Lot 2 : Tsarine City Tour Rome – Demi Sec (vert) (valeur : 23€)
    -   Lot 3 : Tsarine City Tour New York – Rosé (rose) (valeur : 27€)
    -   Lot 4 : Tsarine City Tour Londres – Millésime 2013 (bleu) (valeur : 27€)

     Si le gagnant est français :
    - Lots 1 à 4: 6 flûtes Tsarine (valeur : 6,60€)

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION DES GAGNANTS ET ELIMINATION DE LA PARTICIPATION
Les participants autorisent la vérification de leur identité. Le non-respect du présent règlement ainsi
que toute fraude ou tentative de tricherie, quelles que soient ses modalités, entraînera l’élimination
pure et simple de la participation de son auteur.

ARTICLE 7 – REMBOURSEMENT DES FRAIS DE JEU
En cas de débours, tout participant peut obtenir sur demande le remboursement des frais
correspondant au temps de jeu estimé depuis un téléphone fixe, au tarif France Telecom, sur la base
d'une connexion de 3 mn au tarif réduit, soit 0.15 euro. La demande de remboursement doit être
envoyée par courrier, à l'adresse du jeu (Article VI), accompagnée d'un RIB, et d'une facture détaillée
au nom du participant, indiquant la date et l'heure de la connexion, au plus tard 30 jours après la date
de clôture du jeu, cachet de la poste faisant foi. Les frais engagés par le participant pour le timbre
nécessaire à cette demande seront remboursés sur simple demande écrite sur la base du tarif lent "
lettre " en vigueur. Une seule demande de remboursement par participant inscrit au jeu et par
enveloppe (même nom, même adresse). Les demandes incomplètes ne seront pas prises en compte.

Etant observé qu'en l'état actuel des offres de service et de la technique, certains fournisseurs d'accès
à Internet offrent une connexion gratuite ou forfaitaire aux internautes, il est expressément convenu
que tout accès au site s'effectuant sur une base gratuite ou forfaitaire (tels que notamment connexion
par câble, ADSL ou liaison spécialisée) ne pourra donner lieu à aucun remboursement, dans la mesure
où l'abonnement aux services du fournisseur d'accès est dans ce cas contracté par l'internaute pour
son usage de l'Internet en général et que le fait pour le participant de se connecter au site et de
participer au jeu ne lui occasionne aucun frais ou débours supplémentaire.

ARTICLE 8 – CONNEXION ET UTILISATION
La participation implique la connaissance et l'acceptation des caractéristiques et des limites de
l'Internet, l'absence de protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels ou
piratage et risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulants sur le réseau.
La société ORGANISATRICE décline toute responsabilité en cas de mauvaise utilisation ou d'incident
lié à l'utilisation de l'ordinateur, de l'accès à Internet, de la maintenance ou du dysfonctionnement des
serveurs du jeu, de la ligne téléphonique ou de toute autre connexion technique, et de l'envoi des
Formulaires de jeu à une adresse erronée ou incomplète

ARTICLE 9 – LITIGE ET RECLAMATION
La responsabilité de « l’organisatrice » ne saurait être engagée en cas de force majeure ou de cas
indépendant de sa volonté.

« L’organisatrice » ne saurait être tenue pour responsable des retards, pertes, vols des services
postaux ; elle ne saurait non plus être tenue pour responsable et aucun recours ne pourra être engagé
contre elle en cas de survenance d’événements présentant les caractères de force majeure (grève,
intempéries) privant partiellement ou totalement les participants de la possibilité de participer au
concours et/ou les gagnants du bénéfice de leurs gains.
« L’organisatrice » se réserve le droit de trancher sans appel toute difficulté pouvant survenir quant à
l’interprétation ou à l’application du présent règlement, étant entendu qu’aucune contestation ne sera
admise notamment sur les modalités du concours, sur les résultats, sur les gains ou leur réception, un
moins après la fin du concours.
Toute réclamation doit être adressée dans le mois suivant la date de fin du concours à
« l’organisatrice ». Passée cette date, aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée.
Le présent jeu est hébergé par l’application Instagram. Chaque Participant devra en respecter les
conditions d’utilisation. Le Participant reconnaît par ailleurs être informé des conditions générales
d’utilisation et de la politique de confidentialité de l’application Instagram qui peuvent être consultées
directement sur leurs sites. Le siège social d’Instagram est situé au 1601 Willow Road., Menlo Park, CA
94025. La société ORGANISATRICE n’assume aucune responsabilité quant au contenu et à l’utilisation
de l’application Instagram. De même, la participant décharge l’application Instagram de toute
responsabilité quant à l’organisation de ce jeu et déclare avoir pris connaissance que Instagram, n’en
est ni le gestionnaire, ni le parrain. A ce titre, une décharge écrite pourra lui être demandée à tout
moment du jeu. Les données personnelles collectées lors du Jeu sont destinées à La société
ORGANISATRICE.

ARTICLE 10 – CONVENTION DE PREUVE
Sauf en cas d'erreurs manifestes, il est convenu que les informations résultantes des systèmes de jeu
de la société ORGANISATRICE ont force probante dans tout litige quant aux éléments de connexion
et au traitement informatique des dites informations relatives au jeu.

ARTICLE 11 – ATTRIBUTION DE COMPETENCE
Les participants sont soumis à la réglementation française applicable aux jeux et concours. Tout litige
qui ne pourra être réglé à l'amiable sera soumis aux tribunaux compétents désignés selon le Code de
Procédure Civile

ARTICLE 12 – INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTES
Les informations nominatives recueillies dans le cadre du présent jeu sont traitées conformément à la
Loi Informatique et Libertés n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 et à la règlementation européenne n° 2016/679
sur la protection des données personnelles (RGPD). Tous les participants au jeu disposent en
application de l’article 27 de cette loi, d’un droit d’accès ou de rectification aux données les concernant.
Toute demande d’accès, de rectification ou d’opposition doit être adressée à la société
ORGANISATRICE.

ARTICLE 13 – DROITS DE PROPRIETE LITTERAIRE ET ARTISTIQUE
Conformément aux lois régissant les droits de propriété littéraire et artistique, la reproduction et la
représentation de tout ou partie des éléments composant ce jeu sont strictement interdites. Les
marques citées sont des marques déposées de leur propriétaire respectif.
