THE LV SUPERBOWL GAME – SUNDAY FEBRUARY 07, 2021
Super Bowl LV, the 55th Super Bowl and the 51st modern-era National Football League (NFL) championship game, will decide the league
champion for the 2020 NFL season. Pending developments in the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States and how it affects the start of
the 2020 season, the game is scheduled to be played on February 7, 2021, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. This will be the
fifth Super Bowl hosted by the Tampa area and the third one held at Raymond James Stadium. The game will be televised nationally by
CBS. It will be the fourth time that the Super Bowl is in the same state in back-to-back years with Super Bowl LIV taking place at Hard
Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
Should the 2020 season be delayed because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, the bye week before the Super Bowl
could be eliminated, and the game itself could be moved back three weeks. Under rules announced prior to the season, there will be no
on-site national anthem performance or halftime show; such performances would be performed off-site and spliced into the live telecast.
The generic Super Bowl logo used since Super Bowl XLV in 2011 showcasing the Vince Lombardi Trophy. Since Super Bowl XLV, the Roman
numeral of the game has been featured alongside the trophy, with the exception of Super Bowl 50, with the logo decorated in different
colors for each year.

PRICING GUIDELINES:
• All transfers are based upon a one-way transfer
• All driver greets will incur an additional $20.00 service fee on sedan services
STAFF:
• Trained, professional, uniformed multilingual staff (additional charges for certain languages will apply) are available at a cost of $350.00 for a four (4) hour minimum. Additional staff hours will be billed at $60.00 per hour,
per staff.

• Final rates are determined by final number of guests, exact travel dates, arrival/departure schedules, and venue and menu selections. Should number of guests change proposal will be subject to re-costing.
• All motor-coach transfers require a 4-hour minimum hire and all sedan/limousine transfers require a 3-hour minimum; garage to garage; in the city with 3 hours minimum for airport transfers.
• Staff is considered an integral part of the program’s operation and is a required element throughout the program; billed on a 4-5 hour minimum
• Overtime and surcharges will apply for staff and vehicles before 7:00am and after 12:00 midnight.
• All seating at selected non-private venues will be allocated to a reserved section of the public space at the venue’s discretion unless otherwise detailed in writing.
• Tickets for Broadway Shows, concerts and other special events are subject to handling fees and are included in the pricing proposal (i.e. face value of tickets may be lower). No refunds or exchanges are permitted
once tickets have been confirmed and/or purchased.
• For groups with individual arrivals, a manifest coordination fee will be imposed
• All transportation rates may be subject to increases due to additional fuel surcharges and insurance costs which are beyond our control. Such increases will be applied where applicable.You can also read
