                 Making jam from yellow plums of the Cavallino
                 beaches; Fried vegetables plate and visit to the
       JUNE      vegetable gardens of Lio Piccolo; Grappa alla
                 melissa from the Scalzi convent - Herb of the
                 month: Borage frittelles; recipe box.

                 MINT AND MAUVE: The almanac, Harvesting the
                 famous black plums and green figs in the garden;

        JULY     Redentore Feast in Frederik Eden's "Garden in
