Located just 15 minutes from downtown Branson, booking with Sycamore
Creek provides your out-of-town guests with the added benefit of having
access to a plethora of fun activities and lodging options in town. However,
when they come to your wedding on the ranch acreage, guests will get a chance
to escape the stress of life as they melt into the gorgeous landscape.
As a family owned and operated business, “family” is at the heart of everything

HEARTWOOD BARN
Utilizing time-honored craftsmanship, this climate-controlled masterpiece boasts 30-foot
ceilings, a stained concrete floor, an expansive covered back porch, and massive hand-carved
beams joined with mortise and tenon joinery. Custom techniques provide the rich character of
a building that’s been standing for many years. Opening to picturesque views of rolling pasture
with a breathtaking outdoor ceremony location at the grand sycamore tree, the peaceful ambiance
and timeless beauty of this venue will heighten the romance of your wedding day experience.

18SYCAMORE TREE CEREMONY SITE
Nestled just behind the Heartwood Barn, our Sycamore Tree stands tall, providing you with a
stunning natural background (and shade) for your wedding ceremony. At over 250 years old,
this Sycamore is actually two trees that have grown into one−the perfect backdrop as you
become one in marriage. Seating available for up to 300.

Surrounded by the timeless beauty of nature, our Amish-built timber frame pavilion, expansive patio,
lush lawn, and indoor amenities provide extraordinary spaces to gather. Enjoy using this space as a
bridal cottage for day-of hair and makeup, a comfortable space for family members to congregate
during the wedding day, or use as prep space for the guys on wedding day. Bring in breakfast or lunch
for your wedding party to enjoy on the open-air patio or use as an optional space for cocktail hour.
For weddings of 100 or less, Shiloh may be used as the wedding ceremony location for Luxe Wedding
Packages with the reception being held at the Heartwood Barn.
Also available for elopements, micro weddings, and full-day rentals Monday through Thursday.

20THE GATHERING PLACE
Complete with a small stage area for bands and DJs, sound system with playlist capabilities,
picnic tables, restrooms, central heat and air, vintage string lights, community lawn games, and
fire pit, The Gathering Place is the ideal setting for welcome parties and rehearsal dinners-and as
a space for the groom and his guys to hang out and relax on wedding day. Visit the barnyard and
enjoy access to cornhole, ladders, washers, horseshoes, farm-style frisbee golf, pickleball (coming
soon), and more.
The Sycamore Creek Pizza Co. Wood-Fired Food Truck is also housed in this unique and intimate

21SHILOH RIDGE HONEYMOON SUITE
Our honeymoon suite is the perfect spot to relax and rest after a full day of wedding celebrations.
Soak in panoramic lake views from your private deck, indulge in the comfort of a king-sized
bed with luxury bedding, relax in front of an indigenous natural stone fireplace, refresh in the
spa shower, prepare healthy meals in the suite’s farmhouse kitchen and dine/enjoy coffee in the
breakfast nook.

Sycamore Creek’s very own tiny house serves as the most charming spot to relax and unwind after a
long day of wedding preparations and celebrations. Complete with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-
sized bed, the Barnyard Bungalow provides guests with a true farm experience. Located just feet
from our very own barnyard, wake up and gather farm fresh eggs or take a stroll to say hello to our
farm animals.

Luxe Package Customization
Groomsmen Package | $500
Reserve The Gathering Place for the guys to enjoy from 11:00am to 3:00pm while the bride and her bridesmaids prepare at Shiloh
Ridge-then meet at the Heartwood Barn for the big event! The Groomsmen Package includes the following Gathering Place
amenities: lawn games (see page 21), fire pit, restrooms, audio with playlist capability, picnic-style tables, and seating. Not available
in October.
Welcome Party | $1250
Officially kick-off your wedding weekend with a welcome party at The Gathering Place. Greet, eat, and play with friends and
family while you enjoy three hours of access to the venue. One additional hour for set up can be added. Includes community lawn
games (see page 21), fire pit, restrooms, audio with playlist capabilities, vintage string lights, access to the barnyard, and picnic-
style tables and seating. Add designated Fall Roundup activities during the month of October for an additional $575. Includes
gunnysack slide, corn bin, corn maze, hay forts, additional games, and access to children’s playground.
Rehearsal Dinner | $1250
You won’t have to travel far after your ceremony rehearsal when you book a rehearsal dinner on-site at either The Gathering Place
or Shiloh Ridge venue. Host up to 80 guests at your rehearsal dinner and enjoy use of the space for three hours. One hour can be
added to the front of your rental for set up. All-Inclusive option available.

Honeymoon Suite | $275
Experience the convenience of staying on-site the night of your wedding in our Shiloh Ridge Honeymoon Suite. Relax and unwind
with a luxury king bed, spa shower, and gas fireplace. Wake up to lake views with coffee on your private deck and simple breakfast
items stocked in the suite’s kitchenette. Based upon availability.
Barnyard Bungalow | $250
Parents of the bride can rest easy knowing their daughter is married and a memorable celebration is in the books while staying on
property in the Barnyard Bungalow tiny house. Lying just a short distance from the Heartwood Barn, accommodations include a
kitchen, queen-sized bed, bathroom, and simple breakfast items stocked in the kitchen. Based upon availability.
Fireworks | $1550
End the night with a bang when you add the fireworks package to your wedding. Enjoy a one and a half minute professional
fireworks display as you are sent off from your wedding. Based upon availability.

Give your guests the true farm experience with Hayrides around the ranch during your reception. Based upon availability.
Fire Pit | $100
During your reception, give your guests the experience of cozying up to a fire under the stars. Add our fire pit rental onto your
package and our staff will provide the wood and tend to the fire all evening. Use the space complimentary when you provide your
own wood and tend to the fire.
Outdoor Aisle Draping | $100
The picture perfect addition for your ceremony entrance. White chiffon drapes hung at the top of the aisle frame your entrance as
you start down the aisle.
Loft Draping | $150
Framing the loft space, this is the perfect add-on to draw the eye upward to the beauty and craftsmanship of the Heartwood Barn.
Sweetheart Draping | $250
Frame your head or sweetheart table (when located in the center of the barn )with our Sweetheart Draping package.
Overhead Draping | $850
Add an extra layer of romance and whimsy to your reception with our Overhead Draping. Three swags of draping flowing from wall
to wall create an even more magical space for your celebration.
Lawn Games | $100
Keep your guests entertained during your cocktail hour and reception with your choice of three lawn games. Available games include

One-Hour Elopement Package
Sweet and simple - the two words we’d use to describe elopements at our Shiloh Ridge venue location. With a
picturesque backdrop, elopements at Sycamore Creek are unforgettable. Accommodates up to 30 people. Includes
seating for guests, access to the bridal suite and groom’s private changing area, faux bridal bouquet and
groom’s boutonniere, moon gate arbor, sound system for background music at the ceremony and patio areas,
and champagne for two. Officiant recommendations available upon request.
4-Hour Micro Wedding Package
Designed for those who desire more intimate celebrations with up to 50 people, our micro wedding packages
offer the breathtaking views and amenities of the Shiloh Ridge venue location. Includes use of the timber-
frame pavilion, climate-controlled indoor amenities, bridal suite and groom’s changing area, sound system for
ambient background music, use of the fire pit, banquet tables and chairs, and the movable moon gate arbor.
10-Hour Wedding Package
Gather your guests for a full wedding day celebration with plenty of time to decorate and enjoy your event
under a canopy of stars after the sun sets across the water. Includes use of the timber-frame pavilion, tables
and chairs, climate-controlled indoor amenities, bridal suite and groom’s changing area, sound system for
ambient background music, use of the fire pit, banquet tables and chairs, and the movable moon gate arbor.

If you would like to have alcohol at your event, one of our two approved bartending services must be used.
For events of 100 guests or more, security guards must be hired through the Taney County Sheriff’s Office to
be present for your event. Beer, wine, and champagne are permitted. Seltzers and up to two mixed drinks with
hard liquor are allowed if security guards are hired (regardless of guest count) and special event insurance with
host liquor liability coverage is purchased with Sycamore Creek added as an additional insured. Tailgating,
kegs, doubles, and shots are not permitted. Bar service may open after the ceremony ends and may remain open
for a maximum of five hours.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are we allowed to bring in our own food?
All food must be provided by a licensed catering service. Homemade foods are not allowed. Sycamore
Creek offers an in-house catering option, however, an outside vendor may be used for an added vendor
management fee of $500.00. Outside caterers must be fully insured, licensed by the health department,
and provide servers if buffet lines are to be utilized. Failure to meet these requirements will result in
the caterer not being allowed into the venue.
Are we required to have a wedding coordinator?
Sycamore Creek requires that all couples have a designated day-of coordinator. We highly recommend
hiring a professional coordinator to fill this role. A day-of coordinator helps with the
day-of timeline, oversees decor setup and clean-up, keeps things running on time, ensures wedding
party members are in place and acts as the point of contact during the wedding day for Sycamore
Creek staff if questions or issues arise.
Do we get to have a rehearsal at the wedding venue?
A one-hour walk-through rehearsal at your ceremony site is included in all Luxe Packages, but is
dependent on Sycamore Creek’s calendar availability. You may contact us 30 days prior to your
wedding date to inquire about venue availability for your rehearsal. Micro weddings and elopements
do not include a rehearsal. Upgrading your Luxe Package to include the Friday Add-on automatically
guarantees your ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding.
Do you have any decor restrictions?
Glitter, confetti, Chinese lanterns, and sparklers are not allowed. Only flameless candles may be used
on the Sycamore Creek property with one exception; open flame candles may be used on the concrete
patio at Shiloh Ridge. No pushpins, nails, screws, staples, tacks, glue, other adhesive material, or
chains may be used anywhere in the barn, on trees, on chairs, or in landscaped areas. Zip ties and twine
are preferred methods of attaching decor. Command strips are not allowed on painted walls but may
be used on barn-wood surfaces. Smoke effects, explosives, or pyrotechnics by applicant, applicant’s
vendors, or guests are not allowed.
Do you have a backup plan if there is bad weather?
Yes. Both of our venue locations have sheltered facilities in the event of inclement weather.

How long do we get to be in the venue?
Rental time varies based upon which package has been booked and which day of the week your wedding
falls on. Please note that your event setup and cleanup must be completed during the designated rental
time. Exceeding this time will result in an additional fee.
How many guests does your venue accommodate?
Sycamore Creek can accommodate weddings up to 300 people at the Heartwood Barn. Each package
caters to weddings of different sizes:
- The Luxe Package can host up to 300 people year round.
- Micro weddings can host up to 50 people from April to November.
- Elopements can host up to 30 people from April to November.
What do you require to book your venue?
All couples must tour the venue before booking. Once a tour has been completed, a signed contract
and nonrefundable save-the-date retainer payment are required to officially save your date.
What is your payment policy?
Approximately half of the venue rental fee (serving as your nonrefundable, nontransferable save-the-
date retainer) will be due at the time of booking. The remainder of your venue rental fee, as well as any
add-ons will be due 30 days before your event. A $500.00 refundable security deposit will also be added
to your final invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
All save-the-date retainer payments are nontransferable and nonrefundable. If a wedding is canceled or
postponed six or more months before the event date, a refund of the venue rental fee (if already paid)
minus the save-the-date retainer will be given. If an event is canceled or postponed four months or less
prior to the event date, the couple will forgo a refund and be responsible for paying the remainder of
the venue rental fee.

What is the Sycamore Creek staff responsible for?
Sycamore Creek’s venue management team will be on-site during the entirety of your event to handle
venue-related tasks and issues. They will place your tables and chairs, restock the bathrooms, take
trash to the dumpster, break down tables and chairs, and deep clean the venue at the end of the night.
Event staff will also help with bussing tables in conjunction with our in-house caterer. Event setup and
tear-down is the responsibility of the wedding client or their hired vendors.
Do we have to clean up at the end of the night?
Sycamore Creek clients are responsible for removing all personal items, decor, leftover food,
additional event items, signage, and floral by the end of the rental time. If using an outside caterer,
client is responsible for making sure kitchen is cleaned according to the standards of our in-house
catering partner.
Are cars allowed to stay on site overnight?
All cars must be removed from the property by the end of the rental period. If any guests have been
drinking and do not want to, or should not, drive back to their lodging accommodations at the end of
the night, cars may be moved to the cul-de-sac outside of our front gate. This will allow guests to come
back the following day to pick up their vehicle without a staff member needing to be present to unlock
the front gate.
When can vendors arrive to set up?
Per your contract, vendors can begin arriving once your rental period has begun. They will also be
responsible for removing any items before the end of your rental period.
