Program Highlights
Keynote Speaker—Doug Gray, PhD, PCC
Doug Gray, PhD, has always focused on outcome-based
leader development. He has worked with many leaders at
LKQ Corp. Since 1997, as CEO of Action Learning
Associates, www.action-learning.com, his consultancy
guarantees results using the globally validated AD-FIT
protocol in workshops, assessments and executive
coaching. Doug speaks and trains leaders throughout North America. He
occasionally writes books because his clients asked, “What really
works?” His latest book is Objectives + Key Results (OKR) Leadership; How to
Apply Silicon Valley’s Secret Sauce to Your Career, Team or
Organization (2019). Doug and his family live near Nashville, TN, USA.
Venlo Wolfsohn Lifetime Achievement Award
Greg Mundy will be receiving the Venlo Wolfsohn Lifetime
Achievement Award this fall in Destin, FL. Greg worked for
Inland Truck Parts, was the first ITPA Chairman for 2 terms, and
was influential in the ITPA transitioning to a modern
association.
