SUMMER REFRESHMENTS 2021 Summer Refreshments are mini camps designed for children from all schools looking for a fun and exciting way to take away summer boredom! Registration ends two weeks prior to the first day of each mini camp. Make sure the camp(s) you choose are age appropriate for your child. Campers must be in good health and able to participate in all activities listed in the enrolled camp. Required medication must be administered at home before arriving for camp session. Any exceptions will require guardian consent and a written doctor's order to be on file with medication and a written care plan for children with asthma or severe allergies. Each day, campers must be fever free, no symptoms of illness including allergies, and have a child- size soft face covering to attend camp. Also, campers cannot attend camp if they have been exposed to COVID-19. Camp must be notified immediately of a camper’s necessary quarantine at that time. Please send an email to mturman@facsmemphis.org for a complete list of our summer policies and procedures. Space is limited! Complete the registration form with your child’s name and age and return to Merilyn Turman as soon as possible. You will be notified within 24-48 hours of available space or waiting list status. Or, send an email to: mturman@facsmemphis.org If space is available, registration forms must be completed, signed, and returned with deposit fee within 7 days of notification to complete the registration process. Mail registration forms with deposit in an envelope addressed to Summer Refreshments/Merilyn Turman, 8650 Walnut Grove Rd., Cordova, TN 38018. Failure to complete the registration within 7 days will forfeit your reserved spot. The remaining payment is due on the first day of camp. Make payments to FACS with cash, check, or money order. Camps will be filled on a first come, first served basis. (The deposit reserves your spot and is non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled.) Summer Refreshments reserve the right to cancel any camp that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements or due to COVID-19. You will be notified immediately if camp is canceled. Also, we reserve the right to dismiss campers displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior with no refunds.
