Summerville Residents - $45.00 10U (9-10) Non- Residents - $65.00 T-BALL My address is in Summerville, why 4U COED (3-4) is it saying I am a non-resident? Residency is determined based off 6U COED (5-6) of annexation into the Town of Summerville, meaning you pay your COACH PITCH taxes to the Town of Summerville and not to the county. It is possible 8U COED (7-8) to have a Summerville address and not live at an annexed in address. In BASKETBALL this case you are considered a non-resident.
