UConn 2020-2021 Cost of Attendance The total cost of attendance (COA) includes direct educational cost and an estimate of indirect costs based on full time attendance at Storrs for both fall and spring semesters. The housing and meal plan amounts are an average of the cost of the various options for the year. These figures do not represent your actual fee bill but are estimates and subject to change. Next Steps $300.00 ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT DUE MAY 1ST Required SSS Forms • Online Information Forms and signed paper forms must be received by June 15, 2020. University Health Forms • Health History Form, including proof of meningitis immunization due no later than July 1, 2020 sent to Health Services. Students who are not compliant with immunization requirements by the 10th day of classes of their first semester will be blocked from class registration in the Student Administration System. Summer Orientation • $90.00 reservation fee for SSS students for Summer Orientation sessions 2 – 10 • Students should complete Math Placement Exam (MPE) and Chemistry Placement Exam (CPE) prior Housing Application • Submit online Housing Application (part 1). It will be available 3-5 business days after enrollment deposit is paid. • On-campus housing is required for all first-time freshmen. A Residency Exemption Process is available and must be completed by July 1, 2020. Email livingoncampus@uconn.edu to request the exemption application. Financial Aid • Tuition & Fee Bill due by August 1, 2020
Important Notes Email • Check your UConn email on a regular basis • Your ID serves as your access to the residence hall & dining hall ID card • Upload a picture before your summer orientation session • You will receive your UConn ID card during summer orientation or at the beginning of the SSS Summer program • SSS Peer Coaches have been contacting all admitted SSS students SSS Calling Project (after 5:00 pm) • Expect a phone call from them SSS Opening Day • Sunday, July 5th – Registration between 9:00 am-10:30 am, by group.
