Samuel Regueira Ms. Cruz Samuel began with us in January, and in a couple of months has acclimated to the school learning environment. He follows the daily routine with some guidance, listens to and applies the teachers’ instructions, and is an active participant during small and large group times. Samuel has shown the core value of cooperation through his behavior in class. He adheres to the rules and instructions of the teachers. He is willing to share toys and materials with his classmates. Even during non-preferred activities, he pays attention. Samuel is our model of cooperation with both adults and peers.
Melba Quintanilla Ms. Gonzalez
I’m selecting Melba Quintanilla for student of
the month because she is an outstanding
student overall. Melba is always eager to learn
and comes prepared to class every day. She
completes her assignments in a timely manner
and puts max effort in everything she does.

Allison Rodriguez Ms. Sayre Allison has progressed nicely since the beginning of the year. Her writing skills, letter knowledge, number sense, and work habits continue to improve. Each day, she listens, stays focused, and completes her assignments. Allison deserves to be the student of the month because she is not only improving academically, but she works well with others. During center time, she shares, is friendly with classmates, and never has conflicts with others.
Madeline Salazar Ms. Alonso Madeline is progressing beyond kindergarten expectations. She has received all Es on her report cards so far. She is nice to her friends and likes to help them and her teacher. Madeline really likes to help her friends. She will go out of her way to say something nice or to help them when they are struggling. She likes when her friends all get along and brings them back together when there is a small conflict.
Anthony Santana Ms. Mestre
He listens, follows direction, and stays on task with
little supervision. He works independently and
consistently completes homework assignments. The
student show consistency in his learning patterns.

Lucy Estepe Ms. Noel I select Lucy Estepe for student of the month of March because she puts forth maximum effort in all her assignments. Lucy is enthusiastic about learning and is focused. Lucy exhibits good character. Lucy encourages students with her actions and words. Lucy is determined and always strives to do her best. Lucy behavior creates an atmosphere of kindness and cooperation. It is a pleasure to nominate Lucy as student of the month for March.
Dominic Gomez Ms. Cox Dominic is an excellent student. He is always on task. Always doing his best work. Dominic is a very honest student. When asked about his day he always replies with the truth. If something happens in class with his classmates, he tells the truth. I can always count on him to be honest.
Jaiden Broughton-Clay Ms. Howard
Jaiden has been selected for the Student

Steingrimu N. Hermannsson Ms. Perez Steingrimu, who we call Nolan, is an excellent student. He is always on task. Always doing his best work. Nolan is a very honest student. When asked about his day he always replies with the truth. If something happens in class with his classmates, he tells the truth. I can always count on him to be honest.
Renee Henry Ms. Potter Renee has a great attitude towards working cooperatively with the other students. Even though she focuses very hard on doing her personal best, if the students asks her for help, she stops what she is doing to try to help.

I am selecting Kaylor Lopez-Canteli because he

assignments. He is eager to learn and actively
participates in class. Kaylor is always paying
attention, asking questions, and giving
answers in our daily lessons.

Lissette exhibits cooperation in the way she interacts with her classmates as well as with her teachers. She is always kind and considerate and willing to lend assistance if her classmates or teachers need help. Lissette can always be counted on to cooperate even when our scheduled activities change during the day, and she does it with a fantastic attitude.
Sophia Monterozza Ms. Alvarez
Sophia is a kind individual, willing to work hard
every day to do her best academically, and practices
treating others nicely, which is very evident. She
does her best in class and always has her work done
on time. Sophia can be counted on to be honest and
responsible in the classroom.

Michael is a very hard-working student. He puts a
lot of effort into trying his best. Even when there are
distractions in the class, Michael can be seen doing
the right thing and focused on his work. Michael is
never involved in any misbehaving issues. He is a
model student.
As previously mentioned, Michael is a model
student for our class. He is always focused on his
work and his never an issue when it comes to
interrupting the teacher or misbehaving. He is
always very cooperative and never complains about
the tasks assigned to him or asked of him. He is
also very helpful to his teachers and classmates.Joey Ledea Ms. Moran He is a student who wastes no time. He comes into class and quickly gets to work. He participates in class, and always follows directions. He is patient and kind and is always willing to help others. His outstanding work habits as a student are one of the many reasons he excels academically. In addition to being a great student, Joey is also a great classmate. He is friendly, kind, and always smiling. He often volunteers to help others in the classroom and in the school as well. As a result, his classmates see him as a leader and someone they can count on. Joeys hard work, passion for learning, and desire to do well is a great combination for success. I have no doubt he will be very successful in the future.
Selena Cruz Ms. Tumbeiro Selena has made significant progress in my classroom; she completes all assignments and homework and has a strong work ethic. Selena participates and puts forth effort in all areas. She follows school rules. Selena is a kind, compassionate, and a hardworking student. She is always willing to help her peers or teachers when they need assistance. Selena always brings a bright smile with her each day. She is a pleasure to have in class.
Christopher Garcia Ms. Batista Christopher Garcia Student of the Month because she has made adequate progress in reading and writing. He has great relationships with her peers. Christopher always attempts every academic task which has really contributed to his academic growth in reading and math. Also, he is a helper student in different class activities. Reason for selecting student: Christopher has mastered the core values in citizenship as he helps his peers to understand assignments and is motivated in sharing his answers with others.

Jade has really shown growth from the
beginning of the year until now. She has really
blossomed as a student who is really interested
in learning. She doesn’t hesitate to ask
questions when she needs help.

Mia is a role model to all her classmates. She tries to help everyone that needs helps. Mia is always wearing a smile and is very polite. She participates in class and does a nice work on her work without needing praise or attention. Mia is a pleasure to have in class.
