NUTRIEN LIVESTOCK STUD CATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE The 12th National Beef Cattle Exposition will be held in Rockhampton, Central Queensland, from Sunday 2 May to Saturday 8 May 2021. We invite you to be involved in the Nutrien Livestock Stud Cattle Championships at BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 to showcase your breed to our national and international audience. NLIS Scanning Stud Cattle NLIS scanning will take place during lockdown 4.00pm Saturday 1 May 2021. Trade Cattle NLIS scanning will take place 12.00pm Saturday 1 May 2021. Declarations All cattle must be accompanied by a completed National Vendor Declaration, BEEF AUSTRALIA Cattle Health Declaration and an NLIS Scanning Form. The first two documents are to be handed in to the Stud Cattle Committee upon arrival at the grounds, whilst the NLIS Scanning Form must be sighted by a committee member. J-BAS All cattle entering the grounds must be from herds with J-BAS 6 or higher. Stud Cattle Judging Stud Cattle Judging will take place on Tuesday 4 May & Wednesday 5 May 2021. Junior Events JUNIOR PARADERS \ Monday 3 May – 8.30am JUNIOR SCHOOLS TEAM JUDGING \ Monday 3 May – approx. 11.30am (1/2 hour after Paraders) JUNIOR LED STEER \ Tuesday 4 May YOUNG JUDGES \ Friday 7 May – 8.30am Age of Exhibits The age of all Stud Cattle shall be the actual age as at 1 May 2021. Please ensure the actual date of each animal is entered correctly at time of nomination, as no alterations will be permitted. Stud Cattle Housing All cattle entered in the Nutrien Stud Cattle Championships must be housed in the nominated Breed Stud Shed for the duration of the event, and not on trade sites. Display Space Exhibitors nominating five or more head have the option to purchase extra space beside their animals in the sheds up to 2.4 metres wide by 3 metres deep (equivalent to two animal spaces) to provide a place to display marketing materials, etc. \ 1.2m by 3m $175.00 \ 2.4m by 3m $350.00 Exhibitors nominating 10 or more head may purchase extra space up to 4.8 metres wide by 3 metres deep (four animal spaces). \ 1.2m by 3m $175.00 \ 2.4m by 3m $350.00 \ 3.6m by 3m $525.00 \ 4.8m by 3m $700.00 This option will be available when nominating. |4

Trophies & Ray White Rural Championship Awards Junior Led Steer Class Broad ribbons will be awarded for all Championships. Trophies Tuesday 4 May 2021 will only be awarded to the Champions and Reserve Champions in each breed if they are sponsored. Breed Societies have been asked to assist with sponsorship of these trophies from among Entry breed supporters. The cattle to be judged will be selected by the BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 Youth Stud Cattle Committee in liaison with the over judge. If BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 shall find it necessary, expedient or desirable to postpone the BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 Exposition or cancel or suspend the operation of the Cattle Exhibit agreement, then this agreement shall cease to operate or be suspended upon notice to the desired effect being served upon the exhibitor by handing it to the exhibitor personally or by mailing it to the exhibitor at the postal or email address given on the application, or at the option of BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 or its authorised agent handing it to or offering it to any person who appears to be an employee, agent or partner of the exhibitor. BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 shall not be liable to the exhibitor for any compensation, whether in respect to loss of profit or otherwise, as a result of such cancellation or postponement. BEEF AUSTRALIA 2021 may at its sole discretion decide whether to refund any monies paid by the exhibitor. | 12
