Hospice UK is delighted to offer the Strategic Leadership Programme to our members. Since launching in 2016, the programme has been highly evaluated by over 100 hospice leaders. In 2019 the Programme won the European Association for Palliative Care and the European Palliative Care Academy award for Leadership in Palliative Care. We are now taking bookings for the seventh cohort, which will take place between November 2021 and May 2021. Following the successful delivery of the programme online during 2020/21, this cohort will also be delivered online. 2020/21 was our first year of online delivery but through the use of innovative facilitation and an emphasis on working in pairs, threes and small groups, we enabled all our participants to create deep, new, and long-lasting professional relationships across the whole group. So, following the successful delivery of the programme online during 2020/21, this cohort will also be delivered online, the schedule is shown below but is carefully constructed to fit around your commitments and to avoid school holidays. Steve Dewar, The Westcott Group “Fantastic opportunity to meet other senior managers and learn in an open and friendly environment.
