Continually improving the programme(s) for the benefit of our students is part of our IBS core values therefore throughout the academic year we will routinely ask for your feedback - what is going well, what is not going so well and what could be improved. Help us, help you. 4.1. Surveys After the introduction week and again after each block/period you will receive an email from us with a link to a short online survey. We ask you to provide us constructive feedback - the survey contains a general part (level of the block, workload, atmosphere, etc.) and questions related to each of your courses. The survey results will help for a more in-depth/focused conversation in the panel sessions, see 4.2. 4.2. Panel sessions Are you one of the people to best represent your fellow students? If so, please make sure to inform your Academic Advisor at the beginning of the year that you would like to be a class representative. Your Head of Education and/or the programme coordinator will have an open conversation with the class representatives after each block. 4.3. National Student Enquête/Survey (NSE) During the National Student Survey (expected March 2022) you will be able to rate your overall programme, IBS, Hanze UAS, facilities and location. The outcome will give an indication of overall student satisfaction and contribution to national rankings of universities and programmes. Your feedback helps to maintain and improve quality of Hanze education. 4.4. School Representation Council (SRC) The university has representation councils at various levels of the organisation. These provide staff and students the opportunity to think and decide about education and education-related matters at Hanze UAS. At Hanze UAS, you can be representative in the Boards of Studies (BoS), the school representation council (SRC) or the Hanze Representation Council (HMR). You can find more information about the school representation, nomination and the elections if you are logged in with your Hanze-account. 8
