It’s one of our most beautiful parks but has seen decreased usage over At-Large, Michael Carano the years. Use the four corners of fitness to add intervals of strength training into your cardio routine. Each corner of the track is stocked with different equipment to create a killer circuit training workout. SWIM LESSONS & REGISTRATION DATES SWIM CLASS LEVELS & CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (Skills required to enter the class) PARENT & CHILD, 6 months - 3 years - This class is for those parents wishing Learn to Swim 2, Ages 6 & Up - This class is for students with some prior to give their children an early start in the water. TALLMADGE REC CENTER MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FACILITY AGE RESTRICTIONS To Enter the Facility - Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) to enter the facility. To Spectate a League, Tournament or Program - Children 12 and under must be accompanied by and seated with an adult (18 or older) when spectating a league, tournament or program. To Take Group Fitness Classes - Children 13 and older may participate in group fitness classes without an adult present. Anyone taking a group fitness class must have a Gold or an equivalent level of membership. To Use Fitness Area/Racquetball Court/Four Corners of Fitness - Children 13 and older may use the fitness area/racquetball court/four corners of fitness without an adult present. CHILD CARE AND CAMP ACTIVITIES Summer Day Camp at Lions Park This summer program for children ages 5-13 (children must by 5 years old by the start of the program) includes planned, structured activities like sports, crafts, hiking, games, swimming and field trips. Children will be grouped by age (5-6, 7-9 and 10-13) and enjoy a fun-filled summer in a safe, adult-supervised environment. There are two (2) separate entrances to Lions Park. The 5-6 year old group will enter at 245 Northeast Ave (by the post office) and meet at Tallmadge Lions Hall. The 7-9 and 10-13 age groups will enter from the 175 E.
