From Gladstone Festivals & Events Thank you for taking the time to look through the inaugural CQ Beer + Cider Festival Sponsorship Opportunities document. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the festival, including sponsorships, in-kind contributions and friends of the festival donations. CQ Beer N’ Cider Fest is a brand new, trendy and tasty event for the Gladstone region. Showcasing an event that will be a brand new concept to Central Queensland! Combining an irresistable recipe of great Australian breweries, delicious beer tasting menus and local bands rocking your socks off, all set in the heart of Gladstone. Attendees can enjoy a vast selection of Australian breweries and cideries, whilst enjoying the plethora of food trucks and soaking up the sweet tunes of Gladstone and surrounds best bands. Not to fear, there will also be a selection of wines on offer for those after a lighter tipple. The event will be held from 2pm - late on Saturday 1st February 2020 at Albion Park, Tranberg St Gladstone. This event is strictly 18+. Tickets to this event will be available for pre sale online at $25 plus booking fee with any re- maining available on the day at the gate for $40. The event’s main target market will be adults between 20 - 55, who love the outdoors and have tastebuds attracted to various brews and chews. There will be a signature main bar which will be operated by Gladstone Festivals and Events. However, this is a tasting festival where patrons will be going around to the breweries and cideries on site to sample and learn about their offerings. With pre purchased tickets festival goers will receive a complimentary reuseable cup, to utilise when visiting the breweries. Furthermore, we believe hosting this event within Gladstone will be a great opportunity to showcase what the town has to offer, especially to our surrounding regions Rockhampton and Bundaberg. Sponsorship Opportunities GOLDEN ALE SPONSORSHIP Naming Rights to the Festival Main Stage - $3,000 + GST Saturday 1st February 2020 The main stage at the CQ Beer + Cider Festival will be the centre piece of our new event. We hope to showcase 3 to 4 local bands throughout the days festivities. We are also joining forces with Triple M’s morning show Pinky and Banksy to entertain and MC the afternoon special events. Sponsorship Opportunities OLD ALE SPONSORSHIP Naming Rights to the Festival Bar - $2,000 + GST Saturday 1st February 2020 Gladstone Festival and Events team will be serving a signature mocktail/cocktail to tantalize your taste buds. Wine, softdrinks and a selection of Spirits will also be available. Naming Rights to Hydration Mist Machine - $1,700 + GST Saturday 1st February 2020 Keeping cool will be a priority at the afternoon of fun in the sun. The Hyrdration Misting Tent will keep you chilled to enjoy your afternoon through to the evening. PALE ALE SPONSORSHIP Footy Throw Through Competition - $700 + GST Saturday 1st February 2020 How good is your aim! Pass as many footballs as you can through the footy board in 1minute Fabulous prizes to be won! Naming Rights to Horse Race - $700 + GST Saturday 1st February 2020 Giddy Up! There is a mock horse race to enter. Fabulous prizes to be won!
Other Opportunities to Support Friends of the Festival Be a part of the inaugural CQ Beer + Cider Festival by becoming a Friend of the Festival. This is a great opporunity for smaller busiesses to get involved in our community festival. Your business can nominate a donation dollar amount from $100 upwards and will receive recognition in the offical event program. In-Kind Supporters There are so many resources, infrastructure and equipment requirements that the event needs to operate. From lighting towers, portable toilets, forklifts, fencing, vouchers for prizes and so much more! If your business is interested in supporting the festival by way of in-kind support, we would love to hear from you! We would be more than happy to discuss our requirements and what you would like to offer us in exchange for community recognition in abundance.
