Speakers who include information on exhibiting and other aspects of Flower Show Procedures are required to adhere to the standards set forth in the current National Garden Clubs Handbook for Flower Shows, revised 2017. Artificial or silk plant material is never acceptable in a Standard Flower Show and is NOT acceptable for demonstration purposes. Plant material on the Second District Protected Plant List may not be used. (List available on the website: district2fgcnys.)
