Project ECHO® The heart of the ECHO model™ is its hub-and-spoke knowledge- sharing networks, led by expert teams who use video conferencing to conduct virtual meetings with multiple health and social care providers. Using the ECHO model™ Project ECHO Princess Alice Hospice brings together clinical specialist teams (the hub) and health and social care teams (the spokes).
