CONGRATULATIONS! You’re already impressive by making a commitment to go for this
challenge. We feel that it is very achievable, but it requires focusing on activities that produce
results and being intentional with your time. The goal is to get results! Let people know that
you could use their help with any of these criteria so you can achieve this milestone for your
business! Have fun and encourage others to do this with you.

1. AN AUDIO A DAY KEEPS YOUR BRAIN IN THE GAME!
Be sure to utilize your UnFranchise Marketing App to listen to some incredible educational
audios for our brand and business! We also recommend leveraging your podcast app on your
phone to listen to other influencers who add value to your life. It’s the ultimate way to
multitask (listen and program your mind for success while driving, getting ready, cooking,
cleaning, and more).
     No need to submit documentation — do it for yourself on the honor system.

2. ATTEND SKINCARE TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS
You’ll learn industry info, gain product knowledge and acquire communication skills that will
equip you to conduct consultations and offer solutions to your customers.

4. CREATE/UPDATE GOAL STATEMENT
    According to a study on goal setting, people who write down their goals are more likely
       to achieve them than those who don’t.
    Tips to write an effective goal statement: Start with an action verb such as “increase,
       develop, obtain, complete, etc.” Follow this with a statement of nouns — what it is you
       will impact. Next, include a time-bound statement of accountability. Finally, add a
       statement about what the outcome will achieve for you.
     i. Write this down and read it twice daily.

5. MAXIMIZE MARKETING INITIATIVES
As an upgrade to our partnership with our skincare brands and Market America, we all now
have access to two new cutting-edge technology platforms that can set you up for more success
when it comes to connecting to customers and closing sales — so let’s maximize the impact and
commit to learning how to use it!

    iii.   Trial-Sized Marketing With Lumière de Vie® Needle-Free Serum
           1. Did you know that more than 70% of consumers say they are likely to buy a
               product after first having tried it? (Less than 25% say the same thing after
               seeing a commercial on TV.)
               a. Create your own campaign and have 10 customers participate in the
                     trial! Here are a few ways to get them their sample:

6. RETAIL
    Your goal for this six months is to sell a minimum of $2,500.00 worth of
       skincare/personal care products to any existing or new customer (a report will be run to
       verify this through your UnFranchise® ID). Hosting your own retail events is worth it
       because sampling experiences at live events often generate more customers and
       sales. Eighty-one percent of consumers are more likely to purchase a product if they had
       the opportunity to try it first.
     i. We recommend hosting an All About Skin event (support materials on
           UnFranchise.com) or using one of the regimen guides to educate on proper skincare
           steps, hosting your own skincare workshop, and more.
               a. Register 10 new Preferred Customers, guide them on their journeys to
                    loving the skin they’re in and get their commitments to be consistent
                    with their regimens — and (when possible and permitted by customer)
                    post before and after pictures on social media and include
                    #28daysofskin.

7. PROSPECT & EXPAND DISTRIBUTION
    Chances are that if you’re inviting guests to events, conducting consultations and so
     forth, you’ll have some super-enthusiastic fans of you and your products!

8. HELP OTHERS SUCCEED
    The best way for us to secure a supplemental income and build a thriving, sustainable
      business is to focus on helping our partners achieve their goals! It’s our job as a senior

partner to help them be profitable immediately (through establishing a customer base)
        and expand distribution.
     Imprint a standard of success and generate momentum by hosting events together and
        having people evaluate the business as a way of helping identify/refer someone who
        might be interested. The goal is to have 10 people evaluate — and the right people will
        show up when you fall in love with the process and stay the course! To duplicate
        success, have your above new partners do the following:

10. LET’S GET SOCIAL!
Be sure to follow @lumieredevie on all social channels and engage and share content.
        In addition, be sure to hop on SHOP.COM and leave product reviews on at least your
           top 10 favorite products (the more the better, as we know that 95% of shoppers
           read reviews prior to purchasing!). Adding a picture to your review is even better!
                o Statistically, the conversation rate for a higher-priced product purchase is
                  380%. This is something for which we can truly leverage our people power to
                  make an incredible impact and help our customers with their buying
                  decisions.
