SITE Advancement Foundation will be hosting two seminars: Friday, January 28 from 8:00am-
10:00am and Saturday, January 29 from 8:00am-10:00am. The speaker will be Daniel Stover,
founder & CEO of Ensight Partners. The seminar title is “The Brain of a Leader: Building Trust and
Collaboration across the Office and the Field.
SITE’s staff will be arranging golf tee times at a few local courses and will be sharing that
information with attendees in the upcoming weeks. Guests can also arrange for their own day
adventures or check out the local town. We hope to see a great crowd down in Mexico!

“The Brain of a Leader: Building Trust and Collaboration
Across the Office and the Field”
Great Leadership is defined by the ability to engage and develop employees, build a
team, and achieve results. One of the greatest challenges to becoming a great leader is
understanding emotions and relationships in respect to how good work gets done. However, the
“people stuff” does not need to be such a challenge. When leaders understand how the brain
works and how predictable emotions are, they can increase their leadership influence, trust, ad
team cohesion between different teams, such as the office and field supervision. In this session,
Daniel Stover will guide attendees through a very direct and straightforward playbook of why
people act the way they do at work, and how to navigate it.
The primary learning outcomes of this session are:
1. Improve your ability to “read the room.”
2. Relate and communicate more effectively to a broader range of employees and
teammates.
3. Navigate difficult conversations and relationships more effectively.
4. Redefine mistakes and failure to improve accountability conversations.
5. Simplify giving and receiving feedback.
2022 Management Seminar Speaker
Daniel Stover, M.A. is the Founder and CEO of Ensight Partners.
Over the last 10 years, Daniel has been the executive coach and
consultant for leaders of enterprise organizations, entrepreneurs, small
businesses, and family businesses. Daniel has two degrees from The
Ohio State University and his master’s degree in Organizational
Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Daniel is the recipient of the Excellency Award from Geneva
Group International for his education and training, and has a long history
of working with construction, manufacturing, steel, and general
contracting. Dan is a member of the American Psychological Association,
the International Coaching Federation, and a contributing member of the
Diversity and Inclusion Task Force within the Society of Consulting
Psychology. In his free time, Daniel is a nature photographer, rock
