2021 Girl Scout Cookie Program Reminders Girl Delivery All orders placed for girl delivery are paid when ordered online. The girls must fill orders and deliver to the customer. Parents will need to communicate what cookies they need to fill on the Digital Order Card with their troop cookie manager after the initial order. (See separate information sheet on girl delivery) Warehouse Pickups All requests for extra cookies for pickup from a warehouse will need to be submitted to productsale@gsvsc.org for approval before you can go to a warehouse (Lawrence or Council). Once your order is received, we will process a delivery ticket and let Lawrence know they have a pick up order. Lawrence will call you when your order is ready for pickup. Booth Rules Two adults must always be present; one adult must be a female. One adult must be a currently registered Girl Scout with a cleared criminal background check. If you want to do a booth outside of your service unit or Virginia Skyline Council region, then you must contact your service unit program manager and she will help you secure a booth by going through the proper procedure. All booth requests must go through your booth manager unless instructed otherwise. Troops must order cookies in full cases: 12 packages = 1case. See separate page on new booth safety guidelines. Damages Troops and cupboards will need to report damages to productsale@gsvsc.org along with a picture of the damage product. The product manager will remove damaged cookies in eBudde for the troop. Once cookies have been approved as damaged, then the product manager will instruct you on the next step. Each time you have damaged cookies you must repeat this process. Volunteer Patches You will need to request these in eBudde, only two per troop. Refer to last year’s manual for end of sale reminder for paperwork due to council.
If you had access in eBudde for 2019-2020, you will not get a welcome email for 2020- 2021. You will have access automatically, you will use the same email in the past, and it will prompt you to change password. If you are new to eBudde you will receive a welcome email Refer to last years’ manual for all of eBudde screen shots and directions. You can also locate this manual on our GSVSC website under the cookie tab How to Secure A booth in eBudde Step 1: Go to your dashboard and click on the tab Booth Sites Once you are at the screen you will see a drop down, click on it, it will drop down, and troop will see My Sales. Troops can put in their booths under this drop down. Once troops get to this point, they will look to the left of the screen and click on My Booth Sales (add a location)
After clicking on add a location a screen will appear and here is where you will put in location information. After troop puts in the information, your booth manager will have to approve or deny the booth. If it says, pending the troop does not have permission to have the booth. Once the booth is approved it will say approved in eBudde. Please keep a check on your request. All booths must be entered into eBudde. No exceptions! Step 2: Click on Council Sales tab to see a list of locations. If you want to select a booth that is not in your area you must reach out to your booth manager so they can reach out to the booth manager in that area before you can select the booth. If the booth is in your service unit then you can click on it and reserve the booth. Click on the location troop is interested in and once you click on it the location will drop down some days and times. Click on the day and time the troop would like. Once you do this, a box will appear to the right and you put the troop number in the time slot or slots they would like to have a booth. Once you do this then click the submit button and it will add that booth to the troop. Screen shots are below on next few pages.

Digital Cookie Updates Troop dashboard will have a new tab called My Troop. Here is where you can find details on girl’s sales.
New Girl Settings in Digital Cookie Parents/girls will have the ability to turn off a cookie flavor if she is out of them. She can turn the option back on when she receives more cookies. This will prevent customers from ordering for girl delivery when she is out of cookies.
