NCT Virtual comes at a time where exchange and knowledge sharing on
Non-Conventional Threats is crucial. We need to reinvent our practices
and develop new ways of communicating and connecting. This will enable
you to connect with the CBRNe Community wherever you are!
NCT Virtual Europe will give you the opportunity to exchange knowledge,
build partnerships and promote innovation in a unique way. As an
attendee, you will have the possibility to experience a close-to-reality NCT
event. The event will provide you with the same business networking and
learning opportunities, whilst ensuring your safety by staying at home!
Over the duration of two days, NCT Virtual Europe will gather key
stakeholders from the European CBRNe, C-IED, EOD Communities in a
unique platform. High level speakers will share their knowledge during
multiple conference sessions, while the industry exhibition will give
attendees the opportunity to learn about new technologies in a realistic
and interactive environment. Multiple networking opportunities will offer
the possibly to interact with delegates and exhibitors through private
chats, group discussions, video chats. The event will provide a unique
setting to discuss potential future cooperation and learn about R&D
projects from the leaders of the CBRNe, C-IED, EOD Communities.

NCTVirtualEUROPE WELCOME
On the day of the event, you will be welcomed to enter our virtual Lobby
room. The NCT Event Team will be there to welcome you and answer any of
your questions. From the NCT Lobby you can access all the different rooms
available at the event: our helpdesk, the conference room, the exhibition hall
with booths, the networking lounge etc.
Navigating around the virtual environment is easy; At the bottom of your
screen you will have access to a navigation bar, through which you can reach
all the rooms available during the event. At the top of your screen, during the
event you will be able to see the number of attendees present at the event
and the number of attendees present in each of the rooms.
This is the place where we welcome you and where your company can
welcome the attendees! As a sponsor, you have the possibility to have the
avatar of your sales representative standing virtually in the lobby to welcome
participants through a video message.

The difference between the real and virtual event exhibition is that there is no
floorplan and positioning. All brands are visible at any time!

PAVILIONS
Governmental (or intergovernmental) organizations may
promote their activities by joining their national pavilion. Virtual
government pavilions will group all the participating stakeholders
that operate within a country under one flag. Civil and military
organizations will make available downloadable material (videos,
documents, links ) to event attendees who enter their national
(or intergovernmental) pavilion. Designated officials from each
organization will be linked as pavilion representatives to facilitate
chat interactions with visitors interested in learning more about
their work.

The Conference Room is the virtual room where you can attend all the different
conference sessions. During each session, there will be presentations, followed by a
panel discussion. You will be able to reach out to the chairman and ask questions for the
presenters. Breaks will run between each speaker, as well as during the 30-minutes break.

for Papers, to promote research papers and projects and provide
attendees with further networking and learning opportunities. This
call is open to all research and development professionals, academia,
scientists and Projects Consortia who are currently working on a
specific research or project in the CBRNe, C-IED and EOD field. Papers
will be accessible from a clickable panel. A video presentation of the
papers by their authors will also be made available.

verification of our delegates i.e. capture attendee details prior to granting
