Exercise Programs Physical Therapy Exercise - The class is back and rocking! Zubin is back and he is leading exercises every Monday morning at 9:00. Please remember to mask up as we are still trying to stop the spread. Tai Chi for Beginners –We need a few more participants to be able to consistently hold this class. Mayumi is having one person come and believes that it would be more beneficial for more people to be in- teractive with each other to learn and develop together as a group. Tai Chi for Advanced –Will be held outside as they have wished to do unless the weather becomes too cold, or rainy. Then it will be held in the small area of the Social Hall. Enjoy the fresh air while you can. Yoga –The search continues for a new Yoga instructor. I do hope that I can find one for you all. Wii –We have a Wii that you can use to do fitness games. If enough people are interested in doing their exercises with the Wii, I will set a time in the schedule and set the tv up in the open area for exercise.
