   Halcyon Homes is a family run property development and construction business built on
                    a vision to create quality houses and assets for Kiwis.

   We are an Auckland-based company run by a father and son operations team who handle
   the day to day construction and project overseeing. Walk on to any of our sites and you
   are more than likely going to see one, if not both of us with tools or plans in our hands.
    We are onsite managing every step of the process to ensure we can deliver the quality

                                    A licensed building practitioner and a NZ registered
                                    master builder with over 50 years of building experience,
                                    Phill has been building all of his life and it's what he lives
                                    and breathes. Phill runs our team of builders and the day
                                    to day site management.

                                    C al vin Yates
                                    Calvin has been involved in the property industry for
                                    over 10 years. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce/
                                    Bachelor of Property degree at Auckland University he
                                    has immersed himself in the industry ever since. He is
                                    responsible for sourcing land, sales and
                                    general operations.
