Tyler Area Business Incubator The Tyler Area Business Incubator was created to enhance the success of new and expanding businesses through business counseling, employee training and various other support services. The incubator encourages the development of technology based products or services which broaden the economic base of the area served by the college. A creative consortium including Tyler Junior College, the City of Tyler and the Tyler Economic Development Council joined together to take advantage of Tyler’s unique development as a center for biotechnology, medical and surgical technology, and other high-tech innovation with the creation of the Tyler Area Business Incubator.
