Of primary focus are guidelines and stages for each of the fall activities. Work on the winter and spring activities will continue throughout the fall. The Executive Council will be working with the activity specific Sport Advisory Groups to look for feedback and input. The global and local response to COVID-19 continues to be fluid and dynamic. The deci- sions of many other groups including Government, Saskatchewan Health Authority, Edu- cation Response Planning Team, and School Divisions will all significantly influence the extent to which school sport will occur this fall. The office and Executive are attempt- ing to provide various stages for school sport (and each activity) that will allow a transi- tion to occur dependent on the direction that is provided by the various groups influenc- ing the re-opening of the province, schools, and sport. Many decisions about school sport will need to continue occurring throughout the school year. As always, the Execu- tive Council will continue to make decisions so that the goals and objectives of the Asso- ciation can be achieved while maintaining the health and safety of all. It is expected that a proposal for school sport stages will be available by the end of the current school year to help guide the start up of school sport in the fall.
