Or, if you prefer, we can help you organise a tailor-made event
in our brand new ‘Winter Wonderland’.

We offer our party guests discounted bed and breakfast rates, so no-one
has to take a taxi home late at night or be the designated driver.

Thursday December 20th - “Dickensian Christmas Crime”
Let us transport you back to Victorian England for our Dickensian Christmas Crime, where
all of your favourite characters come to life... and at least one of them ends up dead!
So join us in a Christmas carol or two and God bless us every one!
Friday December 21st - “Murder at Mistletoe Manor”
“Sleigh” Bells are ringing over at Mistletoe Manor, as the lady of the manor suffers the
Kiss of Death and the servants are left to prepare the house for the arrival of the
new heir. Can you solve this Christmas Crime and catch the Festive Felon,
or will you just end up being a Christmas Pudding?
You’re invited to an evening of fabulous food, comedy and murder as you witness the scenes
of evidence come to life and the mystery unfold around your dining table. Interrogate the
suspects as you dine and play detective in order to solve this dastardly crime.
Your ticket price includes a drinks reception, delicious three course meal with coffee and
chocolates, and a fun interactive show from Award Winning ‘After Dark Entertainment’.
Guests are seated at tables of 10-12, so expect to share with other sleuths if you’re a smaller
party! The show starts at 7:30pm prompt so please ensure you’re here to enjoy a drink and
meet the suspects beforehand.

This December our Washington Suite transforms into a Winter Wonderland
of white drapes, mood lighting, snowflakes, sparkling centrepieces
and white chairs, creating a magical backdrop for your event.
If you are searching for the perfect venue, for this year’s
private Christmas party, then look no further!

It’s no surprise that our fantastic Friday Night Live events are back this year and
we’ve invited two great bands to ‘bring the house down’
Friday 7th December - Supper with Ska Face
This 10 piece band pack a punch from the first note and you’ll enjoy every minute with an
infectious stage show of power, energy and damn good tunes, that you just have to
dance to. There is no better way to rock around the Christmas tree.
Friday 14th December - Dinner with the Deadbeats
These local Boys bring an energetic performance of dance floor filling songs, from
the party classics to the latest hits. If you haven’t had the Deadbeats
experience yet, then this is the night for you!
You’ll start with a drink on arrival - your choice of sparkling wine or a bottle of beer; after
enjoying a fabulous three-course meal, with coffee and chocolates, the bands take over. In
between sets there’s a great party DJ to keep you on the floor until the early hours!

There’s nothing lovelier than meeting with friends, family or colleagues in the most
magical of settings, for a three course lunch before the Blackpool Male Voice Choir
brings a festive spirit as they perform popular Carols and Christmas songs.

What could be more relaxing than having our friendly team take charge,
as you relax and enjoy a festive feast with family and friends?
Start with a glass of sparkling wine, then sit down to a fabulous carvery lunch and indulge in a
selection of mouth-watering puddings. Just like home, there will be novelties on every table.
At around 2:30 pm the children will get a chance to say thank you to Santa when
he returns to the hotel, to give them all yet another little gift and our live

Sunday 23rd December
A glass of sherry, mince pies and soft drinks for younger guests are a welcome sight when
you arrive. After you’ve unpacked, you have the day to yourself - get to know the hotel,
take advantage of the leisure facilities here or explore our vibrant town. Join us in
the evening for a seasonal carvery buffet served in Palm Court restaurant. Following
dinner there will be musical entertainment from a top local vocalist.
Christmas Eve
Wake up to breakfast from the extensive buffet. Enjoy the morning at your leisure, take a
brisk walk into the town centre or take a ride on a tram down the promenade, but be sure to
be back to enjoy a full Afternoon Tea, before a choice of activities for adults and children.
The Salvation Army band will greet you at a welcome reception, before a delicious
choice menu three course dinner. Afterwards enjoy the entertainment.
Christmas Day
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and morning relaxing, before indulging in your choice menu
Christmas Day lunch with live music. While away the afternoon or enjoy a giggle at
our Christmas Sing a long and prize bingo before a sumptuous hot and cold
buffet in the evening and listen to live relaxing music with friends.
Boxing Day
Treat yourself to a lie-in, an extended brunch-style breakfast will be served until noon.
Join in our music quiz or take advantage of the in-house cinema or a selection of

Today is yours to get to know Blackpool. Your choice menu three - course dinner is served
this evening in the Palm Court, followed by entertainment from top local vocalist.
New Year’s Eve
Don’t forget to pamper yourself today, so that you look your best for the night’s events.
There’s a range of treatments available in the Beauty Salon (not included). Full afternoon
tea is served in the Palm Court from 2pm - 4pm. For families there’s a fantastic buffet dinner
with a wide selection of meats, salads and tempting dishes. A lively disco and party games
with our popular local entertainer add to the merriment of the evening. Or for a small
supplement (£30 per person) why not join us for our New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, which
is an extravagant black tie bash, strictly over 16’s only. It includes a sparkling reception with
canapés, followed by a lavish six-course meal and live entertainment and DJ. Dress code is
black - tie. There truly is something for everyone to herald the start of 2019.
New Year’s Day
An extended breakfast until noon means you can take it steady in the morning
then enjoy the day at leisure. A delicious choice dinner will be served in the
evening followed by light musical entertainment.

A £10 deposit for each guest is required within 10 days of making your party reservation in order to guarantee your booking. 3. The final balance is due four weeks prior to your event. If you make a booking within four weeks of arrival you will need to pay the full balance straight away. 4. All accommodation requires a £10 deposit per room, then fully pre-paid 28 days before your party date. All payments are non-refundable; please ensure everyone in your party is aware. 5. You can add to your booking at any time (subject to availability), but if you need to reduce numbers, you will not receive a refund and your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks, accommodation or any other services. 6. If we have to cancel a party or change the entertainment, you will be informed and will be offered an alternative event or a refund. 7. You will be given a separate contract for bookings of over 50 guests. 8. Table layouts, table sizes and room plans are at the discretion of the hotel, as this is impacted by numbers attending each event. 9. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests but guarantees are not possible. 10. If a specific pre-ordered wine is unavailable, you will be offered a suitable alternative. 11. Bedrooms will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. 12. All prices include VAT at the current rate. 13. All book- ings are subject to availability. 14. If the hotel is to be sold or control of the hotel is to change before the event, the hotel will always seek to ensure that an incoming owner commits to honour existing bookings. That being the case the hotel will specifically inform any incoming owner of the booking made under this contract and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the new owner commits to honour it. 15. Dietary requirements – If you would like any information on allergens contained within any of our menu items, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to assist you. 16. Liabilities – The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement or liable to an attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. 17. Room allocation and seating arrangements – Unless stated in the brochure the party location will be determined by the hotel. We reserve the right to split larger parties into smaller groups or smaller parties to be joined with other groups, the table plan for the night will be decided by the hotel, dependant on final number for each function. 18. We reserve the right to change the specific room location of an event if necessary, while still providing the menu and entertainment listed. 19. Pric- ing – The hotel reserves the right to increase the level of VAT subject to legislative increases.
