Roy Douglas Gonzalez passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 54. He was born on March 30, 1968, the eldest child of Roy and Margaret Gonzales. He was an avid hunter and loved hunting anything and everything. Doug started hunting at a young age with his dad and passed his love for hunting to his sons. His happiest days were at the deer lease with his dad and sons. Anyone who knew him, knew his pride and joy were his two boys. He enjoyed watching both boys play his favorite sport – golf. Doug is survived by his wife, Tina Wells Gonzalez; sons, Tyler Gonzalez and Hunter Gonzalez; stepson, Jacob Wells; stepdaughter, Jessica Wells; parents; sisters, Kay Walker (Slate), Julie Artaza (Nicolas), Christy Gonzales; brothers, Gregory Gonzales; nephews, Christian Walker and Nicolas Roy Artaza; and nieces, Caroline Walker, Julianna Artaza and Ava Artaza. He is preceded in death by his nephew, Noah Rand. 3
