Prayer Points 1 That our church will help many people trust, follow and share Jesus. 2 That we’ll make the most of the Wet Season, during which Broome is quiet, but the Peoples Church is full due to visitors from the communities. 3 For 2018 plans (e.g. Mosman mission, more Kimberley ministry). Prayer Points 1 For the safety of our congregation travelling and returning back home. 2 For wisdom in 2018 planning for our youth and ministries further afield. 3 For continued trust in God’s sovereign control – even things like housing. 4 That our family unit will be one where grace abounds.

Prayer Points 1 For God to build his church in One Arm Point Community and bring some men to faith (currently there’s only one man among the Christians there). 2 For God to give us wisdom as we plan an event to encourage and support church leaders across the Kimberley.

Prayer Points 1 For God’s strength to remain faithful in my personal life and ministry. 2 For God to protect seafarers as they face the constant dangers of the sea. 3 For more opportunities to share about the mission to seafarers ministry.

Prayer Points 1 That God will raise up a minister willing to serve in Paraburdoo and for someone or some family to move to Paraburdoo to support the ministry. 2 For wisdom in how we serve and the decisions required while we seek a new minister for the congregation.

Prayer Points 1 Keep praying for how we can witness to Jesus in this small coastal town. 2 That God may raise up a minister willing to self-fund for the sake of gospel ministry and the encouragement of God’s people in this community. 3 That church members may rely on Christ’s strength to persevere.

Prayer Points 1 For wise decision making concerning property and resource matters. 2 For a smooth transition for the new Registrar (Khim) and Diocesan Financial Officer (Pieter). 3 For insight into the pressing matters surrounding ministry in small towns.

Province of W.A. Day 31 The Diocese of North West Australia is part of a group of dioceses known as the Province of WA. We meet to discuss matters of mutual concern and to allocate funding from provincial resources to WA dioceses and other organisations. Thanks for 1 the goodness of God in Jesus Christ. 2 faithful people in the parishes and agencies of the Province. 3 new appointments in diocesan leadership and organisations. 4 the foresight of people from the past in establishing trusts for ministry. Prayer Points 1 For wisdom in the use of resources set aside to support ministry across our province and for diligence by all who administer them. 2 For links with Africa such as Perth’s link diocese of Eldoret in Kenya. 3 For godly leadership by bishops throughout our province.
