LANCASTER GENERAL HEALTH FOUNDATION Report on Giving 2019-2020
Thank you to our
Donors
For over 125 years, Lancaster General Health has
played a vital role as a health care provider in our
community. The LG Health Foundation serves as
the philanthropic arm of our not-for-profit health
system, working with the community to fund
innovative new treatments, support patients in
need, strengthen the level of care, and improve
the patient experience across Lancaster General
Health entities. We are humbled by the support
we received from our community in fiscal year
2020. Together, we raised over $5.5 million to help
advance our mission.
Gifts to the LG Health Foundation continue to
play a critical role in helping advance the strategic
priorities of our health system. All gifts to the
LG Health Foundation stay local, and 100% of
Lancaster General Health Foundation
donations made go to the funding area intended
by the donor. The power of philanthropy continues Board of Trustees
to fuel innovation in areas like cancer treatment, September 2019 – September 2020
