Notice of Sale – the Future Automation of Notice Creation • Landonline will identify if a notice of sale is needed when the dealing is set up. Pre-population of data • The notice will be pre-populated with known information from Landonline’s authoritative data, reducing opportunity for inputting errors. Automatic sending of notice • On registration, the notice will be automatically sent to the relevant council authority.
