1. Maintenance des systèmes «Access & Safety Complexe PS».
- Maintenance annuelle des portes, pas de contrainte d’accès pour les utilisateurs sauf pour les tests de
fonctionnalités/remontées d’infos. Pendant ces tests, les zones seront inaccessibles.

- Maintenance pupitre d’opération en CCC (pas de contrainte pour l’opération en CCC).
2. PROJETS:
• Mesures «COVID19» sur les points d’accès (PAD) afin de ventiler cet espace. A discuter
• RP MONITOR PATP501: Ce moniteur protège la zone PSRing en cas de perte de faisceau Booster et de
dépassement de seuil. Le PASS applique un VETO sur les EIS.f et envoi un signal au système
d’évacuation. RP demande de supprimer la demande d'évacuation. Un ECR est en cours de rédaction.
EN/HE activities for the next Yets
• Preventive maintenance and loading tests of the lifting systems
• End of the installation of anti-collision system between crane and switchyard doors in PS
• Replacement of the cable of the PR-275 crane in PS after PSI
• Installation a new motorization for the telescopic crane installed in LBE region

WIC main magnets PS – RQF1730028, 126 cables;
RF Linac 4 – RQF 1549867, 1 cable.
(By experience, the requests are expected to come during Q1/Q2 2021)

YETS 2021-2022
In General
• Replace modules and pull few cables for LLRF in b. 353;
• Cabling needs to be considered and evaluated in early summer;
• ISTs are essential before HWC, 1 week is minimum in PSB and PS;
• Availability of electricity, cooling and vacuum (at the same time) is crucial for
successful ISTs, examine possibility of performing them just before the
Christmas break (week 50).
In Conclusion
LS2 was a remarkable organizational effort, a success in terms of coordination
and collaboration between the different teams.
A big thank to all colleagues and groups for their strong commitment and the
RF efforts done to find solutions in all difficult situations.

10YETS 2021-2022 activities
• PS/SMH16 & SMH26 (ECR 1841891):
Replacement of PE.RSMH16 power converter located in B359 by a new MarXDiscap
installed in B365.
Replacemnt of PI.RSMH26 power converter to be confirmed, depending on production
capability.
• Control:
Software and firmware updates. To be schedules with associated validation periods.
• Power converters lockout:
If the converters must be locked out during the YETS, we will ask that the lockout be
executed on the DC cables to keep the electronics energized.
Schedule enough time for the lockout / unlockout.
• EPC re-start tests to be included in the planning.
• Some other activities will probably come during the year, depending on
commissioning results.
