7. Qualification
All players must be eligible to represent their Associations in accordance with the provision of article B.10
of ETTU Handbook. Qualification shall be determined by the World Youth Week 32 - 2021 Ranking List for
boys and girls, but only junior players who will be under 19 and cadet players who will be under 15 on 1st

8. Playing system
There will be separate events for juniors and cadets and for boys and girls, with matches decided by the
best of 7 games. In each event (boys/girls) the players shall be placed in one group in which they will play
each other. If a player withdraws before completing 5 matches, the results of those matches shall be
discounted. The tournament will be played in acordance with the Laws of Table Tennis, the ITTF
Regulations for International Competitions and the relevant ETTU Regulations and Directives.

Costs of the hospitality for invited players and coaches in single room: 180,00 €
Costs of the hospitality for invited players and coaches in double room : 150,00 €
France Table Tennis Federation will provide 50% of the hospitality from the lunch on the day before the
start of the tournament until the breakfast after it ends, for 10 players in each event on the double room
basis.
The costs of hospitality for additional persons in single room: 180,00 €
The costs of hospitality for additional persons in double room : 150,00 €
For room cancellations after 20th September the entering Association will be charged €180 in a single
room per day per person and €150 in a double room per day per person. FFTT will charge a cancellation fee
only in case if reserve player will not participate instead of cancelled player.
The payments can be transferred to the bank account of 4S TOURS TENNIS DE TABLE

17. Reserve players
a) If the Host Association player is not available or withdraws, another player nominated by the Host
Association shall replace him/her.
a) If any other player is not available or withdraws, he shall be replaced by the remaining highest ranked
player.
ETTU will send an invitation with additional deadlines for each reserve player.
18. Medical care
Permanent medical service (first aid) will be provided in the hall from Thursday 13th October until the end

20. Insurance
By entering the event, each Association must ensure that all delegation members have medical, travel and
other appropriate insurance.
Please check insurance policy to ensure it covers anything Covid-19 related for your country.
21. Video
Each participating Association will be allowed to use one video camera for recording matches of their own
players. For using other video cameras a fee of 20 EUR shall be paid for the period of the Championships.
Video is only for own use. It is forbidden to post videos online, because all rights belong to Sportradar.
22. Visas
Associations needing a visa for entering France are kindly requested to address their wishes to OC: Claude

23. Accreditation
For all teams Accreditation will be in Centre Municipal des Sports 37000 TOURS on 13th of October from
10 am to 10 pm 2021

ETTU and FFTT strongly recommend the option Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport because there is no
need to take the subway or bus transport from airport to train station

In all the trains you have to provide a “SANITARY PASS”
That mean that to be allowed to enter the train you have to show, of course your train ticket but also:
(1)Either a complete vaccination statement done at least 7 days before and not older than 9 months
(2)or negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours or a negative antigenic test not older than 48 hours
(3)The certificate proving that you has recovered from the Covid 19 since at least 11 days and no more
than 6 months
There is no restriction in the subway and busses. However, only wearing the mask is mandatory.

26. Printed names and award ceremony
Players must have their names printed on the back of their shirts. Players are not allowed to start the
matches if the name is not printed on the back of their shirts.
Players who finish among the top 3 positions have an obligation to attend the victory ceremony in sports
clothing (tracksuits) including sports shoes.
27.Privacy policy
By registering and entering the 2021 TAMANNEFTEGAS Europe Youth Top-10, each registered and entered
person agrees and gives his/her consent to the ETTU Privacy Policy as laid down on the ETTU website
(http://www.ettu.org/en/about-ettu/privacy-policy/ ).
28. Information for players
By entering the event, players agree to abide by all ITTF and ETTU rules and regulations. All entered
Associations and individual players agree to be under the auspices of the ETTU and its agents in all matters
concerning television coverage, video, internet web casting, motion picture coverage, and photographic
coverage of any kind. Participants release all rights, or rights held by their agents or sponsors, in all matters
relating to television and web casting coverage, video and motion picture coverage, and photographic
coverage of any kind. A participant’s refusal of the coverage listed above may be subject to suspension or
dismissal from the competition.

In the context of betting participants shall not, by any manner whatsoever, infringe the principle of fair
play, show unsporting conduct, or attempt to influence the course or result of a competition, or any part
thereof, in a manner contrary to sporting ethics. Any violation of this principle shall be disciplined
according to provisions of ITTF Regulations 3.5.3.
