What's necessary, is the knowledge and skills that future entrepreneurs and managers should acquire during their time in academia to successfully deal with such challenges and uncertainties in these competitive times. Keeping that in mind, Denning Business School (the “DBS”) has been established to usher a new realm of management trainees. 04

University of London BSc Business Administration BSc BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAMME (BBA) OF THE Programme UNIVERSITY (BBA) OF LONDON DBS is a contemporary school offering the BSc Business Administration Program (the “BBA”) of the University of London under the academic direction of the Royal Holloway. Royal Holloway enjoys an international reputation for the highest quality teaching and research across the sciences, arts and humanities. On successful completion of studies, students will receive an internationally recognised BSc Business Administration Degree directly from the University of London whilst studying locally at DBS and engaging in the vibrant academic and student life that it has to offer. 08

STUDENTS’ SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Corporate Social Responsibility is at the heart of Denning. As an institution, we feel it is our responsibility that the same values are instilled in the Denning student community. Multiple student run activities are planned and executed throughout the year and students are encouraged to participate and make a positive impact on society. DENNING INCUBATION CENTRE Every year, individuals or teams from DBS will pitch their innovative business concepts to successful entrepreneurs, receive feedback on their ideas, join a community of like-minded students, and compete for awards. The top 5 teams will also get a chance to be part of the highly sought Denning Incubation Centre, where their ideas will become a reality under the guidance of experienced mentors. 19
DENNING CONSULTANTS Denning places significant importance on the academic development of its students. To achieve this aim, the “Denning Consultants” (the DCon) - a dedicated educational consultancy wing is specifically mandated to look into the academic counselling of all students. The DCon looks primarily into the following matters: (1) Student applications to universities locally and abroad for further studies; (2) DCon has strong relationships with multiple Universities in the UK to secure transfers and post graduate placements in these Universities; and (3) DCon will also provide support and guidance to students who wish to complete their BBA degree at Royal Holloway campus in the UK in their second or third year. CAREER DEVELOPMENT UNIT Denning has a designated Unit responsible for student guidance & facilitation in helping them step into the practical field of work in their best versions. For the purpose of preparing students for the challenging and highly competitive business market - CDU conducts skill development sessions, career specific seminars, provides one-to-one guidance &advisory services to all students and graduates. Our Career Development Unit takes full charge in assisting our students in the daunting task of finding the best placements based on their competencies and preference. 21
