Award winning Birch Restaurant is packing up, hitting the road and bringing a piece of the Southern Highlands to Orange for a four day weekend event between 22-25 July. With a VIP experience available, as well as tickets to a selection of signature events, Birch will deliver a range of events in collaboration with some of their favourite vineyards and fellow foodies. Tickets for events at Printhie Wines, Groundstone Cafe and Nashdale Lane Wines are available now from their website. Full details of the VIP experience is outlined further in this program.

TERMS + CONDITIONS // FOR TICKETS TO ALL EVENTS THESE ARE REQUIRED TO PAID FOR IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. FULL REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS UP TO 20 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT TIME ONLY [MINUS ADMINISTRATION OR BANKING FEES], AFTER
THIS FULL FEES WILL BE INCURRED. ALL DIETARY PREFERENCES ARE TO BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AS THE ABILITY TO CATER TO THESE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE A VIP PLACE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
VIP CANCELLATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED UP UNTIL 45 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE VIP EVENT [FUNDS WILL BE REIMBURSED MINUS $450 TO COVER BOOKING FEES AND ADMIN], AFTER THIS THE FULL VIP EXPERIENCE FEE WILL BE INCURRED. SOLO PARTICIPANTS WILL INCUR A HIGHER
PER PERSON RATE DUE TO THE BEDDING ARRANGEMENT AT THE ACCOMMODATION VENUE. COVID CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND SAFE PRACTICES WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL VENUES AND SIGN-IN REGISTRATION REQUIRED. COVID THREATS WILL BE MONITORED AND DECISIONS
REGARDING SAFETY COMMUNICATED TO PARTICIPANTS, IF REQUIRED, IN THE LEAD-UP TO THE EVENT. IF LOCK-DOWNS/BORDERS CONTROLS IMPACT TRAVEL AT THIS TIME, THE ORGANISERS WILL ADVISE OF OPTIONS AND POSSIBILITIES. IF DEEMED SAFE TO PROCEED BY THE
ORGANISERS, AND PARTICIPANTS CHOOSE TO CANCEL AT THAT TIME, THEN CANCELLATION POLICES AND FEES WILL BE APPLIED. SOME EVENTS MAY CHANGE SLIGHTLY TO DUE WEATHER CONDITIONS, THESE CHANGES WILL BE COMMUNICATED WITH PARTICIPANTS IF THIS HAPPENS.
