SOME DATA

      In the Montevideo Wanderers he performs along with his Technical Body one
of the longest cycles in charge of the team (almost 4 years).
      The first Championship is achieved by winning the most matches in the last
10 years of the club. Take the team to 3 units of descent positions and leave it to a
classification point to International Cups at the end of the Uruguayan of that season.
      In the following Short Tournaments it is always finished in the first positions,
qualifying at the end of the Uruguayan Championship for the first time in history to
the Montevideo Wanderers to the Copa Sudamericana (2013).

The project is consolidated and in the 2013/2014 Apertura Tournament MWFC
finished in the 4th place (of 16 teams), being the team that suffered the least losses (only
lost 2 games in 15), the only undefeated in local condition and with the best unbeaten
streak in history with 12 consecutive games without knowing the defeat (9 won and 3
tied).
         For the Closing of that same year, CHAMPION is consecrated as one of the 2
teams with the lowest average age and the highest number of players in the club. It
dazzles with its style of play associated with Barcelona's football in Spain and receives
national and international praise and recognition.
         In 2015, the Football Coach Ranking World places Arias as the 6th most

Montevideo Wanderers was the team with the lowest average age in 3 of the 4 seasons that
the Arias Technical Corps were in charge, 22.8 years. In the year that champions are consecrated and
the subsequent Copa Libertadores, of a total of 24 players used, 18 were 100% trained in the
Institution and under 23 years.

        During the Arias era in MWFC, more than 20 players from training divisions debuted today
(2018), 8 of them in the main squad. In the 4 years of the process, 12 transfers were transferred from
the club's players to the outside world and to the big teams in the country.
        At the end of 2015, they traveled to Chile and took up duties at Santiago Wanderers de
Valparaíso.

        The team came from a very bad season and was 2 points from the direct descent. The first
match of the Arias era was a 2 to 1 victory against Colo Colo, turning the scoreboard around.
Santiago Wanderers was the only team from Chile that did not strengthen the team in the passing
period due to economic problems generated by the sudden withdrawal of its Manager.

Faced with all the adversities and again with a squad based on youth players from 18
to 21 years, a great campaign with a style of play that was a revolution reaching the final of
the Play Offs is achieved. Three players (Adrián Cuadra, Franco Ortega, Ángelo Quiñonez)
from their minor series debuted in the main team and other players who did not have
minutes in previous processes took the lead (Luis García, Matías Fernández, Mario López,
Jimmy Cisternas, Roberto Saldías ).

After the tournament is the Ecuador Sport Club Emelec who hires the coaching staff to
command the sporting destinations of their institution.

       With the tournament already started in Ecuador, Arias takes charge of the team,
achieving record points, but not enough to be champions. In 2016 it remains with the 2nd place
and the Classification to Copa Libertadores of the year 2017. In the Season 2017 it obtains the
National Championship and to happen to phase Eighth of end of Copa Libertadores with 10pts
behind in River Plate in the group leaving by the way to the champion of Colombia (DIM) and
the champion of Peru (Melgar).

At the beginning of the year 2018 Emelec remains with the VII Edition of the Pacific Cup.

The second part of 2018 takes part in the most important team in Bolivia, Club Bolivar,
qualifying it to Copa Libertadores 2019.

        In 2019 it is the Club Universidad de Chile (one of the major teams of the Continent)
that hires Alfredo Arias and his working group to direct the club's destinations until 2020 ...
