Commercial Burglaries: Date/Time Address (block range) Method of Entry Description/Suspect Information 06/02/2022 27000 Northwestern Rock was thrown R/P (Pest Control) was making his rounds when he 8:40am (Office Park) through office discovered a broken window to one of the offices. window. He notified the property manager who called police. It was determined that one of the suite’s was broken into. It is a vacant suite and nothing of value was taken. Two large rocks were used to break out the window. A Southfield Police Evidence Technician processed the scene and gathered evidence. No suspect information.
06/02/2022 27000 Greenfield Rd. The front door Officers were dispatched to the 27000 Block of 3:01am (Pharmacy) glass was partially Greenfield Rd. (Pharmacy) for a B&E alarm indicating smashed (bottom front motion. Officers arrived on scene and discovered right corner) and that the front door glass was partially smashed in the glass window (bottom right corner) and the glass window adjacent adjacent to the to the door was broken out almost completely. door was broken Officers cleared the building and found no suspects. out almost An attempt by suspects to get into the back-office completely. door was made by suspects with no success. The door handle to the office door was damaged. Security footage at 5:30am shows 2- suspects approaching the front of the store on foot. Suspect #1 was wearing a green or dark hoodie and used a sledgehammer to break the glass. Suspect #2 had on a green hoodie, tan pants, a blue ski mask, and was carrying a bag. Both suspects were only in the store for about a minute before leaving in unknown direction. The owner of the business stated that nothing was taken from the store.
From: 06/05/2022 26000 Northwestern The N/E door to The owner of the building advises he is renovating the 9:00am (Vacant Building) building was pried building. He returned to the building the following morning at 9:00am and found the NE door pried open. Approx. 15 copper wires were cut & stolen of various sizes from various electrical panels throughout the building. A portable air compressor was also taken. No suspect information.
06/02/2022 30000 Greenfield Rd. Attempt only on On 06/07/2022 at 2:00pm Officers were dispatched to 2:30am (Gas Station) glass front door. the 30000 Block of Greenfield Rd (Gas Station) for a Suspects B&E report. Officers arrived on scene and met with the attempted to gain business owner. R/P stated that the B&E happened on entry using a 06/02/2022 at 2:30am. R/P advised that he reviewed sledgehammer. video of incident. R/P recalls seeing one suspect walk back and forth along 13 Mile Rd. several times. The suspect was wearing a dark grey hoodie, unknown other clothing description. Shortly thereafter he observed two suspects wearing hoods over their heads jump from the bushes to the North entrance of the gas station. The suspects struck the glass door with a sledgehammer approx. four times, cracking both panes without breaking through it. The suspects failed to make entry.
05/30/2022 18000 W Ten Mile Rd. East side window Officers were dispatched to the 18000 Block of W Ten 4:19am (Clothing Store) was broken out. Mile Rd (Clothing Store) for a report of a B&E Alarm. Officers arrived on scene and observed broken glass from window on the east side of the building. The building was searched with negative results of any suspects inside. Dispatch advised the business had a previous B&E on 05/21/2022. Video surveillance shows at approx. 4:15am a Red SUV unknown make or model passing the business. A few minutes later the vehicle goes south on Grand Concourse St before coming to a stop near 10 Mile Rd. At 4:19am two suspects are observed running from the vehicle to the east side of the establishment where the window is then broken with an unknown object. Both suspects are observed climbing through the broken window. Suspect #t 1 is seen running towards a rack with various shirts and grabbing a handful of shirts. Suspect #2 is seen running to a rack of jeans and grabbing a handful of jeans. Both suspects are seen running out of the store and back to their vehicle. Several items of clothing were taken. Suspect Descriptions: Suspect #1- Unknown Sex, Unknown Race, Thin Build, White Hoodie, Black Pants, Dark colored shoes with white bottoms. Suspect #2- Unknown Sex, Unknown Race, Thin Build, Black Hoodie, Black Sweatpants, Brown Work Boots with black on the very top. Suspect Vehicle: Unknown Make or Model Red SUV
06/01/2022 28000 Northwestern Reached into the Officers were dispatched to the 28000 Block of 3:50am (Hotel) room through an Northwestern Hwy (Hotel) on reports of a B&E of a open window with room. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the R/P. no screen. R/P advises she has been staying at the hotel for approx. two weeks. On 06/01/2022 R/P fell asleep in bed and had the window open. The window has a bar that prevents it from opening any further than around one foot. The window had no screen on the outside. The bed is next to the window which was open. Around 3:45am R/P was awoken by someone touching her leg. A black male suspect was reaching through the open window into the room. R/P immediately screamed which scared the male suspect off. Investigation is on-going. Suspect Description: B/M, 35 years of age, short hair, medium build, wearing a white tee shirt, and black pants or shorts. Automobile Thefts: Date/Time Address (block range) Year, Make, Model Details From: 06/01/2022 26000 American Dr. Status A – Attacked Victim states he parked his vehicle in the 26000 11:30pm (Hotel) Manufacturer Dodge Block of American Dr. (Hotel) Model Challenger To: 06/02/2022 Color RED - Red Vehicle Sometime between 06/01/2022 11:30pm and the 6:00am Year 2015 Body Style State following morning at 6:00am someone broke out License Year 2022 the passenger side front window. Victim states his Description: Fob to the vehicle doesn’t work now. 2015 Red Dodge Challenger Possibly an attempt to steal the vehicle. Note: R/P reported that at approx. 11:30pm he looked out of his hotel room window and observed approx. ten unknown males dancing around his vehicle, filming a music video. The hotel rooms that these persons were staying in were rented by two persons. These persons were identified and the investigation is on-going.

Victim states his 2012 Black Mercedes Benz GL was 12:00am Manufacturer parked at residence in the 28000 Block of Mercedes Benz To: 06/02/2022 Model GL Ranchwood. Sometime on 06/02/2022 between 6:00am Color BLK - Black Vehicle 12:00am- 6:00am someone stole his vehicle. Year 2012 Body Style SW - R/P believes his ex-girlfriend may have taken the Station Wagon State MI vehicle. No further information. License Year 2023 Description Black 2012 Mercedes Benz GL 05/30/2022 25000 W Twelve Mile Status Stolen and Recovered Victims 2016 Chrysler 300 was parked in parking 1:45pm (Apartments) Manufacturer Chrysler lot in the 25000 Block of W. Twelve Mile Rd. Model 300 Color UNK - Unknown Vehicle Year 2015 (Apartments) Sometime between 05/29/2022 at Body Style 4D - 4 Door State 12:45pm and 5/30/2022 at 1:45pm the vehicle was Michigan License Year 2022 stolen. No suspect information. Recovered Date/Time 06/04/2022 3:55am Location Rotunda Dr & Greenfield Rd.
06/05/2022 20000 Lahser Rd. Status A -Attacked Victim parked his vehicle (2003 Chrysler Town & 4:31pm (Apartments) Manufacturer Chrysler Country) in the north parking lot of his apartment Model Town & Country Description 2003 Chrysler complex in the 20000 Block of Lahser Rd. on Town & Country 06/04/2022 at 11:30pm. The following day at 3:15pm victim noticed the ignition to his vehicle had been removed and it appeared there was forced entry into the vehicle. The battery was dead possibly due to the car alarm going off for an extended period. Attempt only. No suspect information. From: 06/02/2022 26000 Pebbleview Dr. Status S - Stolen/Etc. Victim states his 2019 Gray Dodge Durango was 10:50pm Manufacturer Dodge parked in the 26000 Block of Pebbleview Dr. Model Durango To: 06/03/2022 Color GRY - Gray Vehicle Sometime between 06/02/2022 10:50pm- and the 7:50am Year 2019 Body Style State following morning at 7:50am someone stole the MI License Year vehicle. There was broken glass on the ground Description: Dark Gray where the vehicle was parked. Durango No suspect information.

Victim states she parked her rental vehicle, 2023 11:50pm (Hotel) Manufacturer Chrysler Chrysler 300 in the 24000 Block of Northwestern Model 300 To: 06/04/2022 Color BLK - Black Vehicle (Hotel) Sometime between 06/03/2022 11:50pm 9:45am Year 2021 Body Style 4D - 4 and the following morning at 9:45am someone Door State TN License Year stole the vehicle. 05/31/2022 26000 Stanford Dr W Status SR - Both Stolen and Victim states his 2004 Burgundy Chevy Tahoe was 1:15pm (Town Houses) Recovered parked in the 26000 Block of Stanford Dr. W. Manufacturer Chevrolet Model Tahoe (Town Houses) Sometime on 05/31/2022 between Color MAR - Maroon or 11:00am- 1:59pm. the vehicle was stolen. Burgundy Vehicle Year 2004 Note: Victims ring doorbell shows the vehicle being Body Style SW - Station taken at approx. 1:15pm. The video showed one Wagon State MI License Year 2021 Description 2004 black male. There was also a second person, no Burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe description. They were in a White Mustang with a Recovered Date/Time temporary plate from another state. 06/09/2022 2:40pm The vehicle has 26” rims and “Tahoe Nation” stickers on the back window. Investigation is on-going. 06/02/2022 27000 Northwestern Status RS – Recovered Stolen On 06/02/2022 at approx. 9:23am Officers were 9:23am (Hotel) Manufacturer Honda dispatched to the 27000 Block of Northwestern Model Accord BLK - Black Vehicle Year Hwy (Hotel) to check for a stolen vehicle taken out 2019 of another jurisdiction. The stolen vehicle is a 2019 Black Honda Accord. Officers located The Honda Accord parked on the west side of the hotel, unoccupied. Vehicle was impounded and reporting jurisdiction was advised of recovery.
From: 06/05/2022 25000 Lahser Rd. Status S - Stolen/Etc. Victim states his motorcycle was parked at his 9:00pm (Condo’s) Manufacturer Harley condo complex in the 25000 Block of Lahser Rd. Davidson To: 06/06/2022 Model Road King There was a cable lock on the motorcycle chaining 6:30am Color LBL - Light Blue it to the carport post. He last saw the motorcycle Vehicle Year 2003 Body on 06/05/2022 at approx. 9:00pm. When he (Motorcycle) Style State MI License Year returned to the parking lot on 06/06/2022 at Description: Teal and White 2003 Harley 6:30pm the motorcycle was missing. Davidson Road King No suspect information. From: 06/05/2022 16000 North Park Dr. Status SR - Both Stolen and Victims’ vehicle was parked in the 16000 Block of 8:30pm (Apartments) Recovered North Park Dr. (Apartments) Sometime between Manufacturer Chrysler To: 06/06/2022 Model 300 Color WHI - 06/05/2022 8:30pm & the following morning at 2:10am White Vehicle Year 2018 2:10am someone stole the vehicle. Body Style State MI License Note: The vehicle was recovered on 06/06/2022 at Year 2022 Description White 7:00pm in another jurisdiction. The vehicle was 2018 Chrysler 300 With Tinted Windows. unoccupied and there was no suspect information. Recovered Date/Time The rear window of the vehicle was broken out. 06/06/2022 7:00pm The vehicle was turned over to the owner. Victim states he parked his Silver Chevy Volt in the 1:30pm (US Post Office) Description Gray IPAD Pro parking lot in the 22000 Block of W. Eleven Mile & a Gray Apple MacBook Pro To: 05/30/2022 Rd. (US Post Office) on 05/30/2022. 2:00pm Sometime between 1:30pm- 2:00pm someone stole his iPad and Laptop from the front seat of his vehicle. The vehicle was left unlocked. No suspect information. From: 05/31/2022 29000 Lancaster Dr. Status S - Stolen/Etc. R/P states her 2009 Chevy Malibu was parked in 5:00pm (Apartments) Description Unknown possibly parking lot in the 29000 Block of Lancaster. gray laptop new in a box. To: 06/01/2022 (Apartments) Sometime between 05/31/2022 12:00pm 5:00pm- 06/01/2022 12:00pm someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took a box containing a laptop. No suspect information.
05/31/2022 15000 Nine Mile Status S – Attempt Stolen/Etc. Officer was sitting stationary in the parking lot of 2:21pm (Employee Parking) Attempt to take Catalytic Office Building at the corner of Nine Mile and Converter from Honda CRV. Greenfield Rd. Officer observed a Grey Ford Fusion (LFA/ Fleeing & circling the parking lot on the Southwest corner of Eluding, the building. The vehicle was occupied by a black 2- Arrests) female in the passenger seat and a black male driver. The vehicle exited onto Nine Mile Rd. and pulled into another parking lot in the 15000 block of Nine Mile Rd. The vehicle pulled up next to an older model Honda CRV. The female passenger exited the suspect vehicle and went under the Honda. Most likely to cut off the catalytic converter. Officers moved in and blocked the suspect vehicle in from the front. The vehicle then fled nearly striking an Officer. Officers pursued the vehicle through the lot and pit the vehicle at low speeds. The driver stopped and gave up without further incident. The two occupants in the vehicle were secured while Officers investigated further. Officers inspected the attacked Honda CRV vehicle and it had fresh saw marks through the catalytic converter. Officers located B&E tools in the vehicle including sawzall blades, a sawzall and a catalytic converter from another unknown vehicle. The driver was taken into custody for LFA and Flee and Elude. The passenger was taken into custody for LFA. Southfield Police Evidence Technicians processed the attacked vehicle taking photos of the cut catalytic converter and recovering tools that were used in the attack on the victim’s vehicle.
05/31/2022 28000 Telegraph Rd. Status S - Stolen/Etc. Victim advised she parked her 2009 White Ford 9:36pm (Commercial- Food) Description: Catalytic Escape in the parking lot of business in the 28000 Converter was stolen from 2009 Ford Escape Block of Telegraph Rd. The vehicle was parked from 9:30am- 9:00pm. on the side of the building (north side). When R/P returned to her vehicle at 9:00pm she realized the catalytic convertor was stolen from her vehicle. No suspect information. From: 06/02/2022 15000 Addison St Status A – Attacked R/P stated on 06/02/2022 at approx. 10:40pm he 10:40pm Manufacturer FORD parked his black 2015 Ford Edge in the 15000 Block Model EDGE To: 06/03/2022 Color BLK - Black Vehicle of Addison. On 06/03/2022 at approx. 9:00am he 9:00am Year 2015 Body Style SW - discovered the driver door of the vehicle unlocked Station Wagon State MI and all his personal contents strewn around the License Year 2022 vehicle. Nothing was taken, but it did appear the Description: Black 2015 Ford Edge MI carpet underneath the steering column was moved and it appeared the computer port had been accessed. Possibly an attempt to steal the vehicle. The vehicle did start and appears to be running fine though. No suspect information.
06/05/2022 17000 Northland S - Stolen/Etc. Victim states she was working in the 17000 Block 2:04pm Park Ct. 1- Black Nike bookbag of Northland Park Ct. (Community Center) for an 1- Silver MacBook 1- Silver iPad 3 Mini, event. Victim and her co-worker were bringing in 1- Brandon Blackwood purse items from her vehicle at approx. 12:45pm-1:00pm 1- White Air pod Pro when she discovered items from her GMC Yukon 1- Michigan Driver's license were missing. Cash & Numerous Debit & Credit Cards. Victim’s purse was taken with several credit cards. When victim went to cancel her credit cards, she noticed unauthorized charges were made on her >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> credit card. Victim went to the two locations Citizens that are loading or unloading their vehicles and where her credit card was used and spoke with the must leave their vehicle employees. They described the suspects as two unattended for any period of black males, one light skinned and the other dark time should always have skinned with a beard. Victim advises he parked and locked his Dodge 1:00am (Apartments) Description: Challenger Scat Pack in the parking lot at his 7th generation Apple iPad, To: 05/30/2022 MacBook Pro, a duffle bag with Apartment Complex in the 20000 Block of Knob 11:00am miscellaneous clothing & one Woods Dr on 05/30/2022 at approx. 1:00am. pair of Cartier sunglasses. Later the same morning at approx. 11:00am he discovered the driver side front window of his vehicle was broken out. Several items were missing from the vehicle. No suspect information.
06/03/2022 17000 New Hampshire Nothing was taken. Victim states his 2021 Ford Escape was ransacked 9:56am overnight between 06/02/2022- 06/03/2022. Nothing was taken. No suspect information. 06/03/2022 16000 New Hampshire Nothing was taken. Victim states his 2020 Toyota Highlander was 9:17am ransacked overnight between 06/02/2022- 06/03/2022. Nothing was taken. No suspect information. 05/31/2022 29000 Lancaster Dr Status S - Stolen/Etc. Victim states he left his handgun, in his center 4:23am (Apartments) Description: console overnight. He discovered it was missing Handgun the following morning when he left for work. R/P advised that All Four Wheels & Tires were 5:09am (Office Complex) Description: taken from his company vehicle, 2019 Ford Fusion. 4 Factory rims/tires from 2019 To: 06/01/2022 Ford Fusion were taken. Surveillance video shows suspects arriving at 5:14am approx. 5:09am in an unknown, possibly Gray Toyota SUV. The suspect vehicle backs in next to the business vehicle. Two subjects exit their vehicle, take the rims/tires, and leave the parking lot at approx. 5:14am. From: 06/01/2022 28000 Lahser Rd. Status S - Stolen/Etc. R/P states she parked her vehicle in the parking lot 12:00pm (Apartments) Description: Catalytic of Apartment Complex in the 28000 Block of Converter was taken from 2013 To: 06/04/2022 Cadillac SRX. Lahser Rd. on 06/01/2022 sometime in the 3:00pm afternoon. R/P discovered her vehicle had been rummaged through on 06/04/2022. A pair of brown Burberry glasses and 6- CDs were missing from the interior of the vehicle. When victim started her vehicle, she discovered the catalytic converter was also taken. No suspect information.
06/01/2022 28000 Telegraph Rd. Status I – Stolen Southfield Officers were dispatched to the 28000 11:56pm (Shopping Plaza Parking Description: Catalytic Block of Telegraph Rd. for a LFA in progress. The Lot) Converter was taken from 2007 Honda Element. caller witnessed a black male suspect attempting to cut a catalytic converter off a Dark Blue 2007 Honda Element. The caller scared off the suspect. Suspect left in a newer model Black Dodge Ram Pickup Truck. Suspect was last seen on s/b Telegraph, south of W Twelve Mile Rd. Inspection of victim’s vehicle revealed that the catalytic converter had been cut but was still attached to the vehicle. Attempt only. Suspect Description: B/M, 6 feet tall, medium build, wearing all black and a black/gold ski mask. Tips: Ensure your vehicle is always locked and valuables are out of sight. Thieves wait for the right time and will move quickly Even if playing sports at a park ensure your vehicle is locked

On 06/04/2022, Officers were dispatched to the 11:03pm (Apartments) Description: 25000 Block of W Twelve Mile Rd. (Apartments) Purse, Black Wallet. 06/04/2022 23000 Riverside Dr. Food from the delivery On 06/04/2022, Officers responded to Robbery 10:13pm (Apartments) person was taken. that just occurred. Victim states on 06/04/2022, he took a pizza delivery order to Apartment Complex in the 23000 Block of Riverside Dr. The person who placed the order requested the delivery driver to call him and he would meet the delivery driver at the entrance gate to the complex. When victim arrived, he called the ordering party / suspect at the phone number given to him. The suspect met victim at his vehicle and asked him to walk to his apartment where the suspect's sister had money for the order. They stood outside an unknown apartment as the suspect attempted to call someone repeatedly (supposedly the sister to bring out money). After approx. ten minutes of waiting, victim told the suspect that he would have to leave because there are other orders that need to be delivered. As victim walked back to his vehicle, the suspect ran up behind him as he was about to put his key in the vehicle door to unlock it and put an unknown object (possibly a handgun) into his back and told him to drop the pizza. Victim complied and gave him the pizza. The suspect then fled the area on foot and the victim left and went back to the pizza place he works at and called 911. Further investigation by Southfield Detectives they developed a possible suspect. They put a photo show together and it was shown to the
victim. (Pizza delivery Person). The victim immediately picked out the suspect. On 6/7/2022, Officers were provided information from Detectives on an Armed Robbery suspect. Officers located the suspect walking in the 23000 Block of Riverside and began walking s/b through the complex. Officers positively identified the individual as the suspect. The suspect continued walking out of the complex and e/b on 9 Mile Rd. Officers took the suspect into custody w/o incident. Investigation is on-going.
