Requires survey, planned for next week. May 2021 – power pole to be installed week of May 17; survey completed; water plan to be completed by May 14; trailer is being built. Once water plan received, occupancy to be approved by VFPA. ShipOps/ HSQE November updated April 2021 – ongoing – several SOPS 2021 outstanding May 2021 – Aug 2021 - Ongoing 2/5/12/2021 Overdue non-destructive Complete non-destructive testing. Nick Knight November testing of bale clamps. July 2021 – August - ongoing 2021 4/5/12/2021 Amount of dust coming Communicate concern with G3. Darcy Hinds September across from G3. June 2021 – Discussed with G3, control 2021 measures put in place. They are continually working on dust prevention, slowed production until permanent fix can be implemented. July 2021 – G3 provided update - taking a proactive approach, maintenance being completed, G3 is handling cleaner products. Progress updates will be provided by G3. Communicate with Vancouver Pile Driving about dust control. August 2021 – Two adjustments made to control dust.
