                                                    celebration will provide a fun-filled evening for preschool
                                                    through middle-school aged youth. The trail will begin at the lower
                                                    level of the Shamrock Animal Hospital parking lot (The Warehouse
                                                    Fitness Center) on Highway 3 (South Robert Trail), wind its way
                                                    through Central Park, and exit on 145th Street West. Go to

   “REELS ON WHEELS”
   FEATURING “THE WAR WITH GRANDPA”
   Join Rosemount Parks and Recreation for “Reels
   on Wheels”, a drive-in style movie event. We will be
   featuring the “War With Grandpa”, starring Robert
   Di Niro and Uma Thurman. This movie is rated
   PG. The parking lot will open at 5:30pm. Vehicles
   will not be admitted after 7:15pm or when full.
   Vehicles will need to stay for the entire movie. Par-
   ticipants are encouraged to stay in their cars, but
   if you do leave your vehicle, be respectful of those
   around you. Portable toilets will be available.

                                        2021 SCARECROW DECORATING CONTEST
                                        Are you excited for FALL? Rosemount Parks and Recreation is, and
                                        what better way to celebrate than by making a Scarecrow! This
                                        contest is FREE to enter and is open to all Rosemount residents.
                                        Registration will open online September 20. Scarecrows must be dis-
                                        played by noon on Wednesday, October 27. This event is sponsored
                                        by Pellicci Hardware and Emerald Roots Salon.

It is time to organize your team for the
2021 Rosemount Parks and Recreation
Men’s 4-on-4 Basketball League. All
participants must be 18 years of age or
older. Games are played at the Rosemount
Community Center on Wednesday evenings
beginning September 8th. The league fee is $100.

Registration Information:
CONFIRMATION: Letters are not sent confirming your registration. Assume you are in the program you register for
unless notified otherwise. If you provide your email address, an email confirmation will be sent.
CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel an activity if registrations are insufficient. Minimum/maximum
requirements are set for each program. If an activity is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive
a full refund.
REFUND POLICY: Registration fees for programs cancelled by the Parks and Recreation Department or cancelled by
the participant prior to the registration deadline will be fully refunded. Due to circumstances beyond our control,
there are no refunds for certain preregistered programs.
FEE ASSISTANCE: Limited funds are available to Rosemount residents for financial assistance to participate in recre-
ational programs. For information call 651-322-6000.

Auditorium located on the 80-acre Minnesota Ma-
sonic Heritage Center campus along the Minnesota

Masonic Museum and Library, which includes six
