STANDARD HEIGHT TABLE
This minimalist tabletop features a wood-looking compact laminate or solid surface tabletop (only in 2-Person option) in
various sizes, with flat, sleigh-base supports. Compact laminate tabletop features routed plunge cuts for water drainage.
Both options feature a central hole for the umbrella, including a grommet and plug when the umbrella is not in use.
Tables come standard with clip-down hardware for safety and security. `
Pair with standard height Bakhita chairs or benches to complete the experience. Bakhita chairs are available in several
colors. See page Standard Height Chairs for options.

sleigh-base supports to complement the minimalistic table top’s frame. Tables come standard with clip-down hardware
for safety and security.

33MODULAR FENCE AND SUN SHADE
Flat, sleigh-base style frame fencing houses a lightweight, breathable mesh fabric to define and separate patio space
from other areas, like parking lots and pathways. The mesh helps create privacy while still allowing visibility as well as
airflow.
Three different fence lengths adapt to patios of all sizes for a more custom fit, as well as two height options to offer a sun-
shade variation that can be intermixed in any area along fence length. Fences come standard with clip-down hardware
for safety and security.

WARRANTY, Contract Obligations: Refer to contract terms and conditions for full listing of obligations
TERMS & Damages During Construction: EIS does not accept responsibility for product replacement that is due to misuse by

other entities or trades during construction. This is defined as “Trade Damage.”
Warranty Limitations: If product installation is performed by others, the warranty terms will be limited to the
responsibility of replacing product only. All associated labor costs will be by the Owner/Client
Limited Warranty: EIS warrants to the Owner/Client that the products sold hereunder will be free from material
defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of EIS’s
delivery of products to the delivery point. There is NO WARRANTY in cases of damages in transit, negligence, abuse,
abnormal usage, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements.
Failure to follow the EIS warranty terms and general installation instructions may result in a void of warranty. This may
include, but not be limited to improper installation (when performed by others), storage conditions, maintenance or
deviation from cleaning guidelines.

Terms & Conditions: Elkay Interior Systems, Inc. (EIS) contract terms & conditions supersede all items outlined within Project Coordination: The Owner/Client and GC are responsible for management and communication of the schedule
