1Q21 Key Highlights All About MINDSET As A Key To Sustainably Do Business! 1Q21 Net Profit was 79mb, +106mb vs 1Q20 Despite that Total Revenue dropped -305mb or -21% vs 1Q20 1Q21 Net Profit was +3mb vs 1Q19 while revenue dropped -584mb or -34% vs 1Q19 Overall fixed costs were permanently cut % to Revenue was effectively improved, resulting the higher profitability Delivery Sales increased +14% vs 1Q20 Delivery Sales Mix grew from 9% in 1Q20 to 13% in 1Q21 New products, “Khao-Chae”, hit the New High New Trial pack size with effective ads and operations boosted up the New High MINDSET : Disruptive I Customer Centric I Productivity & Profitability I Less Fix & More-Flex Agility I Right Culture 4

Selling and Administrative Expenses Overall fixed costs were permanently cut : “Less Fix-More Flex Agility” In Million Baht 3M 49.5% Total Selling and Admin Expenses were decreased 725 -245mb or -34% vs LY 41.4% • Number of employees at end of 1Q21 was 4.7 thousands, 151 10.3% reduced from 5.3 thousands persons at end of 2020.
